Another update, this update fixes some minor bugs and adds Optional Arguments to Fail-Over to if too many restarts happen by the watchdog due to the miner being unable to connect or idle. Idea is to fail over to a secondary pool to keep your computer busy in the event that the main pool you use isn't working.

I just wanted to announce a new version of BitcoinMinerSaver with a couple significant changes.

First it now sets the affinity of the Miner Process to one core, in hope of lower power consumption and better performance.

Second is a implementation of a WatchDog - if the Miner Process is idle for 15s or more the screensaver will kill and restart the process. It will also log
this information to the screen displaying the number of restarts and the last restart time.
