Hello, in my opinion it is not ASICs or big players. The hashrate increase is exactly on schedule since ZEC and ETH have ASCIs, the rising difficulty makes GPU mining no longer profitable, those with mining rigs who will not sell look for another GPU coin, monero and bitcoin gold are the highest marketcap coins that I am aware of.

Great news - now on the official website you can download Electrum for BTG and get your coins. Previously, it was not very convenient, because you had to download the entire blockchain or use third-party wallets.
