Re: Is it a good buying price for bitcoin?

Is it a good buying price for bitcoin?Might cross-border activity often lead to better demand for bitcoin? So bitcoin will do better in the second half of the year. What do you think?
Yes I guess so. The price of Bitcoin has been moving sideways lately and went slightly south for a few days but today its starts climbing up a bit. There speculators out there that says the worst is yet to come (3rd quarter of this year) but if you look at the price history of Bitcoin, 3rd quarter and 4th quarter are the times when Bitcoin price is high and its always the 1st half of the year that Bitcoins price is slightly low. Mind conditioning maybe or they facts to back up their claim that the worst is yet to come.

I agree but if you are capable in buying one, you must buy now. We'll never know when it will increase in value again. You might end up not getting to buy one at all.

Better buy now while it's price is cheaper than before. The goal is to own one then wait for an increase in market value, which will only depend on the environment. One factor that affects bitcoin is the government. One living proof is Donald Trump giving attention to bitcoin. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have known about crypto currencies, specifically bitcoin.

Re: Main Cause of accidents/road safety
by

The major cause of accidents/ road safety are poor license screening issues and lack of public awareness. If the root or foundation is not firm, there goes the disaster waiting to occur. At firsthand, first screening is a must. Before permitting a person to have a freedom to drive in an open road, the government agencies must be sure that an individual is capable of driving safely and is aware of the rules and regulations on the road. They must focus on the roots of having a license in the first place.

Re: The future of the paper money
by
Celine Ariola
on 08/04/2018, 15:12:28 UTC
One thing's for sure. Paper money will not be banned ever. People have access with virtual money but we know for a fact that not the entire population are participants in such transactions. Most of the population uses paper money as a medium of exchange that's why entirely eliminating the use of it will have a major impact to them and even to people that are using virtual money. If most of the people will not have the capacity to exchange something to buy something, if ever paper money is banned, they will never have the capability to do so. Without them transacting with the virtual money handlers, virtual money will not have value either. It will be useless.

Re: If USD falls

Bitcoin is independent in value. It can be in the form of other currencies or medium. So if USD falls, people will tend to convert bitcoin in some other currency other than USD. Bitcoin holders who are residing in the US and/or using bitcoin in transactions in the US will be affected. They will get less than what they are supposed to get before USD falls and/or will suffer from loss in transactions and exchange.

Re: Tips on choosing a course

Consider the field of work you would like to be in for the rest of your life. You have to think about the things you like genuinely because what you'll choose now will be what you'll be doing for a long time, but with pay. Choose the course which offers subjects which you like the most or good at. Also, if you are passionate about something you must consider in taking courses for it. Make your passion your job, then you'll be happy with pay.

Bitcoin is known to have a volatile value. It's fluctuation gives us a chance to buy
and own one for a cheaper price than before. This is a great time to buy, and hope
for the possiblity that its value will inflate after a while. This is not new, it happened
before and it will happen again.

Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins
by
Celine Ariola
on 06/04/2018, 12:00:18 UTC
At first, i did not believe that bitcoin would be a magnificent investment. I've tried to use certain applications on my phone to earn satoshis then. Little did I know that it's a scam and bitcoins really hard to earn. If you want to own a bitcoin, the best option is to buy one. It was much easy to own one before because it was a lot cheaper, now it's value is far more greater than before. If ever my money would be enough, I will buy one and keep it until I know that I will earn gain at the time I sell it. It will be a risky investment because of the high volatility of it's value, but if one gets lucky, he'll have a massive profit. Just like the guy who became a billionaire through bitcoin.

Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty?
by
Celine Ariola
on 08/02/2018, 16:59:16 UTC
Bitcoin is not strong enough to completely eradicate world poverty. It cannot be a tool for economic growth because of it's unavailability to others. Also, bitcoin is not stable. Its high volatility is the reason why a fragment of the population does not want to have it. Another addition to its inaccessibility.

It is a possibility that bitcoin will be used by almost everyone but I'm not sure when. It might be after ten years or fifteen but not so soon. Also, if this happens, I'm hoping that it will never replace fiat.

Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry?
by

The world’s biggest oil producers are starting to take electric vehicles seriously as a long-term threat.

“The number of EVs on the road will have major implications for automakers, oil companies, electric utilities and others,” Colin McKerracher, head of advanced-transport analysis at BNEF in London, wrote in a note to clients. “There is significant disagreement on how fast adoption will be, and views are changing quickly.”

Re: Will we ever live in a cashless society where cryptocurrencies thrive?
by
Celine Ariola
on 05/02/2018, 07:24:57 UTC
Honestly, I do not want a cashless society. Not unless using bitcoins is much convient to use when I wanted to buy candies, coffees and some necessities upon buying.

I believe that once cashless society is implemented, there will be more crimes and corruption.
One currency is not even equally distributed within specific countries.

I still want physical money and do not want to risk amount of money with volatility of bitcoins.

What is I have a million worth of bitcoin but it decreased because of different factors. That will be my loss and no one to be blamed.

I agree. Bitcoin's volatility is a huge risk to take. We might all end up in great trouble if it's value takes a huge step-back. It will be chaotic if we don't have physical money since not all of us will not have access to Bitcoins.

I wanted to buy bitcoin but not now. Its value will decrease in the future for sure, and when that happens, that's when I'll buy one.

Re: Quitting smoking
by
Celine Ariola
on 05/02/2018, 07:09:23 UTC
The quest to quit smoking has proven to be a test of willpower for many. The exercising of willpower does not always mean that one must deprive themselves of external tools. In fact, sometimes willpower means doing what it takes to achieve a task and accomplish one’s goals. If your will power to quit is overpowered by your smoking addictions, it is best you try this.

Non-nicotine Smoking Cessation Medication – Certain prescription medications can be used to aid in quitting smoking. Some of them can even be used along with NRT in order to boost the chances of success. These medications do not contain nicotine, are non-habit-forming and are found to have a slightly higher success rate than NRT. The most popular ones on the market are Bupropion (known by the brand names of Zyban® or Wellbutrin®) and Varenicline (Chantix®).

Re: Is Bitcoin Volatility A Bad Thing?
by
Celine Ariola
on 05/02/2018, 07:05:24 UTC
Bitcoin is so volatile that your ability to buy and sell at the right price is diminished, hence the lower risk-adjusted returns. Bitcoin volatility can be traded. It is important to watch out for this parameter, as it shows the market sentiment of the underlying product.

The higher the implied volatility, the more expensive is the call option. It is a good thing for now.

Re: Is trading just educated guessing?
by
Celine Ariola
on 05/02/2018, 06:51:37 UTC
Good trading is educated guessing, meaning you've educated yourself about certain facets of market behavior and are prepared to act when the conditions are met.

Most people have about the same chance of winning at trading as they do at winning the lotto. The reason why is very simple in that they do not know what they are doing and take heed of endless rubbish as if they were the only real truths. In doing so they fail to see the real truth and thus end up playing the lotto instead of playing to win.
