WHAT IS THE POINT OF LISTING IN EXCHANGES THAT ARE VERY SMALL WITH NO VOLUME TO TRADE ?

Reading the exchanges the guy listed reminded me of an old Saturday night live skit where Will Ferrell plays Bush jr and they're naming off our allies in Iraq and they're all these countries no one has heard of. He's looking all confused and crap.

I can't understand why does this coin does not move with market ? I can't find any bad news that might have triggered a sell off but people are still cashing out. Could be due rising price of other alt coins. Hmmm....
I think the problem is there is no news about rvn.

All my crypto is up expect for rvn. Would be nice if this coin would get some traction behind it.
How concerned are people that rvn isn't looking like it's getting put on a major exchange any time soon? I've hit my 1,000 rvn milestone mining and am considering switching to something else. I feel like this coin could be a good money maker in the future but if it doesn't end up on a good exchange then I'm not sure how this will happen.
What do you guys think. Should I go for another 1,000 rvn (85 rvn/day) or move on to something else? I don't need to flip my coins mined to pay for electricity since my mining setup is small but I would like to see something for my time invested and putting up with the extra heat.
I don't expect the moon overnight but I worry that this coin will sit on low quality exchanges and stagnate.
No matter what I'll sit on the rvn I have and hope it goes big one day.

How can it be correct? we are talking about mining time that generates the amount claimed. Besides that, it is not only me who is complaining, in the discord we have many miners who did not receive the value correctly and some did not receive anything.
Go to Discord, Threeeye-support, @BigZim, give him your address, and he will respond.
Look through what he has said and responded to.

I do not understand why you is defending it, since you are seeing in the discord the amount of people who are accusing of disappearing with the coins
I was paid out 190 rvn when I'm owed 204 rvn so I can verify that there are some missing coins on my part.
*I sent ThreeEyed a message mentioning my unpaid rvn with pictures of my balance owed and payout. Feel kind of silly picking over 14 rvn right now but I see rvn as having a value of $1 + in the future so I want my money.
**Luckily I pulled out of mining on ThreeEyed before I let it build up too much. Never thought the guy was trying to scam people but I want whatever pool I use to be reliable. As I'm sure most do. Small money rvn today could be much more in the future. Just happy I'm only screwed out of 14 rvn for now.

Not sure off hand. I know you can report a transaction.
Ordered some arcade parts a few years back and the company went 1 week without shipping the order. I reported the problem to paypal (After multiple attempts to contact the seller) and I guess paypal contacted the seller who then contacted me telling me they were away at a convention and shipments were delayed. They ended up shipping the order after a few more days and it didn't go any further.
I know it doesn't mean too much on the net but I'm not trying to screw anyone out of $20 in RVN. I just don't want to sign up for some oddball exchange and plan on holding the RVN I buy.

If you were mining on threeeyed I wouldn't be too worried, I have worked with the pool OPs and they are good guys, however if they are having technical difficulties (which we all have from time to time) come on over and mine on

Has there been any change yet? I would rather not change Pools, but a portion of the coins are needed to pay electric......
Having luck running the Suprnova pool listed on the first page under pools. Has a much better interface compared to 3i. Only complaint is you have to sign up for it.

Looking like ThreeEyed might need more time to get their stuff sorted out. Moved to Suprnova for now. Seems like a much better overall setup. Needed to sign up but other then that I like the interface compared to ThreeEyed. Can also set up a payment threshold which I like.
Just hope I end up getting my 200+ RVN from ThreeEyed sooner or later.

Man ThreeEyed is still having problems.
Seems to be acting up worse then last time. Last time my payments were listed as mature while delayed. They also built up at the expected rate. Currently my payments have been marked as Immature for over a day and for the last few hours the numbers have increased extremely slow (maybe 1 rvn/hr was pulling 80+ rvn/day).
Trying to be patient but starting to have some doubts. I'm not hurting for payouts but hate the idea wasting my time mining.
*Just lost 1 RVN, went from Immature 179 to Immature 178 =/

My rig is stable for weeks on 100% po, will try to lower and see the diff.
You should see much lower temps and obviously lower electricity usage means more money!
And with all that your hash rate should not change by much if at all. But definitely experiment in the 60-80 range.
Yeah 80% PL is the best bet for lower energy usage and heat output. Also keeps the hardware running cooler which is great if you have your setup inside. I notice a significant reduction in heat output at 80% PL compared to 100% PL. Have to also imagine it uses much less power and is healthier for the gpu's.
I'd personally suggest to anyone to at least compare their rigs at 100% and 80%. You won't lose that much profit but the quality of life is vastly improved. I also set my fan speed to a consent level, depending on the gpu. This avoid the fans ramping up and down which just doesn't sound healthy for the fans and drives me crazy to hear.

Im calculating again on whattomine... with 6gpu im earning 2.99$ on ravencoin and 4.50 $ on nicehash so how is ravencoin more profitable? im earning about 70-80 rvn per day
Nicehash is mining you BitCoin, which went down over $1000 in value in the last week. Roughly 13% drop.
RavenCoin is at $0.04 a coin, it's expected (or hoping) to at the very least break $1 one day.
So while today you are making $4.50 on Nicehash, that $4.50 became $3.91 after that 13% drop. Even if it climbed back up to $8000, you're back to $4.50 and even if it went back up to $9000, then you $4.50 became $5.08.
$2.99 of Raven coin today at $0.04 could end up being $74.75 (at $1 per coin) one day. That's why RavenCoin is worth it for us to mine. Could it never happen? Definitely. No one thought BitCoin would shoot up to $21,000 a coin. I doubt Raven will ever get close to that. But what if it went to a measly $10? Now that $2.99 in raven coin you mined PER DAY is worth $747.50.
That's the risk I'm taking with RavenCoin. I'm not doing it for money today but money tomorrow.
If you were to mine for 1 BitCoin, at $4.50 a day, it would take you 1509 days to earn $6,791 (todays value) If you were to get RavenCoin and it simply went to $1 a coin (74 coin a day) you would have only had to mine for 91 days to make the same $6,791. I know my math doesn't take into account difficulty increase, the point is to illustrate the difference in how to earn between BitCoin on NiceHash and mining RavenCoin.
I'd rather gamble on RavenCoin and earn as much in 91 days of mining then to play it safe and mine with NiceHash and have to wait 1509 days to earn the same potential amount.
I am enlightened now...
PS: Why do you doubt Raven will go up to 21.000$ a coin?
The max supply of RVN is too high. The coins that hit hundreds or thousands are much lower quantity. Maybe it could spike crazy high but I wouldn't expect it to stay more then $1 - $5. Though I'm all down for $20+ RVN. =D

Yeah I have 25 RVN unpaid right now on ThreeEyed. Wonder what's going on.
The dev is working on it but everyone is accruing and will be paid out when the issue is fixed.

As far i know you can't trade coins with PayPal
I read warning against it but did not notice anything forbidding it.
I don't think anyone in their right mind would by crypto with paypal, as you can cancel or reverse the payment. also RVN is currently on two exchanges, Crypto-bridge and barterdex. perhaps purchase your raven there!
Was hoping to avoid signing up for a new exchange. Plan on holding whatever RVN I get and hoping it will be picked up by one of my main exchanges. Though if the money were there I'd sign up for one. Of course.
Figured $20 in rvn is low enough that people wouldn't be too concerned about being ripped off.

If you look it that way sure but future is unpredictible, its possible that btc will be 50k and also possible that year from now it will be 3k. Its also possible that this coin will be under 1 cent.. all is possible.. so i must look what is most profitable now and from my calculations nicehash is 35% more profitable.. also 2000 miners left suprnova rvn
Yeah it depends. My set up is small and paid for so I can get away with mining at a loss without feeling it. If I had a lot of mining gear sucking down hundreds in electricity then I'd focus on immediate gains. Though even in that case I'd consider devoting at least a little hashing power towards coins I felt could have large increases in value.
