I'm very sorry you've had the experience you did. ETH gas price has skyrocketed in the past few days, and your withdrawal was initially broadcasted promptly, but with a gas price that ended up being too low to get it into a block. We had this issue for a number of customers, and I expect other operators and exchanges did too.

We've had to drop those transactions and increase the withdrawal fee, as the gas price is much much higher.

I know $50 is brutal and I wish we didn't have to, but it isn't up to us - those are current ETH gas prices. As soon as gas prices fall, we will drop our withdrawal fees.

FYI the withdrawal fees are only to cover gas price - in fact we subsidise it.

Sorry about your experience and I hope any future experiences with Cloudbet are more positive.

Still waiting over 35 hours and now they blocked me access to talk to them in chat and I have an option to contact only by email, I have never experienced anything like this, this is the email I received from them several hours ago and there is no change.

Do not gamble on this site, there are dozens of other more reliable sites(pm me for legit websites).

I won a certain amount and they just created a transaction that does not exist and now for over 30 hours are not willing to pay the money.
As soon as you talk to them in the chat, they say every time there was a bug and the payment team "working on it right now" but nothing is moving and as i said they promised me it will not take longer than 24 hours.
