If your coin has a price around 0,001 BTC (right?), and ICO price of the MHC it $0,039, on 1 RBC coin we can buy only 100 MHC, but not a 100,000!

How are votes counted, what decision was made?

The votes are counted according to the number of #MHC from the voter. A vote is a technical transaction signed with a private key voting, publicly available. To win a certain option you need to get 50% + 1 vote.

What is the time limit for voting? Can I set the period myself?
