Hello, I was being scammed the same way on the 3rd of June, 2020. Before this day, I used the same website (Bitcoin-laundry.com) to mix small coins and everything went smoothly. On this unfortunate day, I opened the website and followed the instructions promptly. This was the session ID (Your session ID: zv13D1X21321blUIQ8Lj7cOY) was created and the Bitcoin address to send coins was bc1qnxdemxtgdvrc0250ef3mk2zxx9u5ntk550j6ll. I sent 2BTC to this address and I was waiting for the first confirmation on the Blockchain. The transaction got first confirmation and I went back to the Bitcoin-laundry.com website and I saw on the screen that the receiving Bitcoin address was different from the first Bitcoin Address that was provided. This is the second Bitcoin Address (bc1qcy4886fz4ysl889tq2qnm03yn996ahpt9s08x6) that was provided on the website after I sent 2BTC.

Immediately, I wrote to support to lodge my complaint and they replied with this message:

Greetings!
We have checked your session ID and we can't see a deposit of funds to this session yet. Please check again the outgoing transactions in your wallet.

They later transferred the coins to this address 32C7r68HZvgti8hocPYcu46nofUGjYHEvH after 4-5 days.

I want to know this, has anyone that was scammed using this website got back his coins? If yes, please let me know the steps to take. I have searched for their support team on twitter but it does not have an account with twitter or Instagram. It has support team on Facebook but is not functioning. Bitcoin laundry is a scam site

I sent 2 BTC and after the first confirmation the deposit address was changed

I sent 2BTC to the deposit address provided for me to send BTC. After I sent 2BTC to this address the deposit address changed to another deposit address. After 6 confirmations it is still showing awaiting deposit. Before now I used this mixer to mix a small amount and it was paid to the receiver address I provided.

Nobody should use Bitcoin Laundry -https://bitcoin-laundry.com because it is a SCAM SITE.

Can anyone tell me the most reliable bitcoin mixer?

I log in one of my other bitcoinwallet.com accounts that I sent funds to from the account in question. So, when I opened the account in question in a new tab from this other account, instead of it showing the page of the account rather it showed USER NOT FOUND.

I am really disturbed and frustrated by this. I have checked social media to see if I could contact anyone and complain about this problem but no one to complain to. I cannot use the web account in question to contact Support because logging in is impossible.

I am very restless because of my money in the account.

Please am curious to know if Bitcoinwallet.com sends a link to notify the owner of an account when the account is deactivated, frozen, or disabled. In my own case, I use Bitcoinwallet.com and after doing some transactions on the account on the first day of this month, I have been having problems signing into the account. Each time I try to log into the account, it shows this message that Error. This Account is not Active. So, I used another bitcoinwallet.com account to write the Support, and when it replied it said I should log on and try again. I spoke to a friend about the predicament I am facing from Bitcoinwallet.com and he said that he believed my account was suspended because of the transactions I made on it for security reasons.

He mentioned that a mail ought to be sent to my email address as a notification that my account has been frozen, deactivated, or disabled but since that did not happen, it means my account was suspended for security reasons.

Does anyone have a different view?

I use a web wallet on Bitcoinwallet.com and each time I try to login to my bitcoinwallet.com account, it pops up this message (Error. This Account is not Active). I do not understand what this means and I would like people to please advise me on what to do to get back my web wallet. Before this error message started to pop up I used the account to send some funds to an external account. Could it be that the account was deactivated, frozen or disabled because of the transactions I did on the account?

I have these questions begging for answers and they are:

If my account was deactivated, would it be activated again?

If it was frozen would it be unfrozen again?

If it was disabled would it be abled for activities again?

Because I cannot sign into the account stops me from contacting the Support. I used my other wallet to write to the Support but there was no reply from them.

I would appreciate responses and advice from anyone who cares.
