Why would Elon Musk needs the permission of SEC if he wants to create his own coin. There are thousands of coins that are created and many projects that collected over billions of dollars and no project developers took any permission from any authorities even though i think that the projects that collected money will be audited in the future. If Elon releases a coin and never collects money as seed fund then there is nothing to worry from the SEC.

When you are investing when the coin is pumping you need to be glued in front of the system in order to take positions according to the changing sentiments if not you would end up loosing big. I wont be daring to invest in any coin right now as the price is rallying at an all time high in almost all of the coins and you never know when the market goes into a major correction mode.

I have a doubt here, are you telling that the income tax department can seek and recover taxes up to the last three years if you are escaping taxation below 50 Lakhs and if no one contacted you in the past three years regarding that then there is nothing much to worry as long as the amount is 50 Lakhs ?.
I am an NRI and hence i am not filing any taxes for over a decade and i have no idea about the taxation in India and the new rules.
