Hey OGs,

To show our dedication to this forum, we've created a Bitcoin Talk exclusive welcome offer for new players from here!

Instead of our regular $2500 welcome offer, Bitcoin Talk members who sign up to Cloudbet with promo code CLOUDBTC25 will get a $5000 welcome offer instead.

Happy playing!

So does this mean that new players need to deposit $2,500 in order for their balance to become $5,000? Or will any deposit amount be doubled in their account balance
here on the Cloudbet casino platform? It doesn’t seem very specific, which is why I’m asking, so that it’s also clear for other newbies who might try to sign up here.

Because some casinos have a minimum amount required to avail of the welcome bonus on the first deposit, while others still give bonuses up to the third
deposit that are added to their account balance.

Hi, the offer has nothing to do with deposit. It means u have double the rakeback %, for up to 5000usd in rakebacked amount.

Hope this helps!

The only difference is for Bitcoin Talk new players the offer is doubled to $5000
That is a nice gesture from cloudbet but if I understand correctly this offer if only available for new players.
What about old players who registered long time ago but they dont have very active accounts?

Another question I asked before but I didnt get reply, why is Live Chat on cloudbet website not working for me?

For existing players, we are running multiple competitions here on bitcoin talk and on our social media. We will be announcing them here as well!

For why live chat isnt working for you, I don't know. I recommend you reach out to support@cloudbet.com. Live chat is working for all other players.

Hey guys!

Jumping on here to share that we are doing an existing same game parlay competition for NFL bettors.

Place a 5+ leg Same Game Parlay with Cloudbet’s Bet Builder and get a shot at $500. Winner announced in a week.

I think you have to be more specific on the bonus offer not just telling us that when anyone signed up with the code. I appreciate your benevolence toward this great community and I know you have to specify how much new users would deposit to qualify for the welcome bonus.

I couldn't get any welcome bonus when I made my first deposit on your platform and I noticed that a specific amount is associated to users qualifying for this bonus. If I am wrong I think you should clarify me so I can know how the Cloudbet bonus system works.

Hey Wakate, here is how the welcome offer works: https://www.cloudbet.com/en/promotions/general/welcome-package

The only difference is for Bitcoin Talk new players the offer is doubled to $5000

This is a very good idea, it shows the impact of the promotion in the platform that is why they created a special welcome code for forum members so that we can get a special bonuses.

How about already existing Bitcoin talk member? Are we going to get any special bonus again or we should just focus on our bets because it might be too late to enjoy the bonus.

But why is Cloudbet not allowing multiple bets in one betslip? I think one bet in a single ticket isn’t that profitable especially in sport betting where we do have enough odds in a single betslip to stake, but claodbet prefer their users to stake each game differently which something I am not used to.

Hey Hyphen, we actually have betbuilder, which allows you to place multiple bets on one betslip.

What about other welcome bonus terms? Will they remain the same or change with the increase in bonus money? Will the wagering requirements be higher since the welcome bonus increased 100%? How does the promo impact the minimum stake while wagering the bonus? What about eligible games and the contribution percentage to the playthrough requirements?

All the terms are the same as the original welcome offer!

Hey guys! Cloudbet team back again to answer forum questions that have come in so far.
I would be a lot more interested in your site if there was some sort of great cashback program akin to programs offered by sites such as Megapari where you get a fixed percentage back on losing bets.

Rakeback is alright, but is nowhere as great as flat cashback on losing bets. Good improvement to the site overall though team.

We went with rakeback because we felt like "loyalty" isn't dependant on winning or losing. It means you're playing with Cloudbet, so you should get rewarded whether you're hot or cold. It also allows us to do TURBO, which adds an even higher reward for a limited time for casino players. A lot of users now time their biggest sessions around TURBO to maximize their rewards, which is a good sign they like the new system. Still, we get what you're saying. After a cold session, it's nice to get a little something extra. We've tried to build that into the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rewards, but interested to hear this feedback and will take it to the team. Thanks much!

Ever since you got the message from the support that they are carrying out an investigation. Have you tried to reach out to them more or so recently? What was/has been their response about the investigation?

1.5 BTC is now worth
I sent documents several times, there is no investigation, it's account where 1.7 BTC left in 2015 when it was around $300 and in 2017 they alow me withdraw 0.2 BTC (I withdrawal it to check if it would arrive) and after that they blocked the login and aks for all possible documents and when they realized that everything is correct they always send the same email that they will let me know when the investigation is end. They simply don't want to pay because they are scammers.

Hey, I looked into your original thread and you said the way you found out in 2015 that you had bitcoin on your account is because someone from Cloudbet emailed you saying you have bitcoin?

I looked into our records and no such email exists, are you sure it was from us and not an external scammer? What is your username on that account?

We would love to help but I'm not seeing a record for this. As this is not a customer service thread, can you email support@cloudbet.com. I've informed them you will be messaging them.

I sadly have to report a problem with one of my Cloudbet bets that was settled incorrectly.
Match was Newcastle United vs Liverpool and everyone knows Liverpool won 2:3, but for Cloudbet final result was 2:2  Tongue
I placed only a small bet, but this is not acceptable behavior from casino, and it is worse for such big games.
I will have to update my Cloudbet review after this.

Here is the evidence and ID of my bet d3a4c1f4-03b2-4d47-8bf9-c85bf42e1086

Hey Notblox, our CS team will reach out to you shortly.

Hey guys! Cloudbet team back again to answer forum questions that have come in so far:

You just copy all the odds from pinnacle, so what would be my purpose to bet with you guys and not with pinnacle directly? (pinnacle has slightly better odds)
We offer Higher limits (no limits bets), same game parlay, and the cashout function for live sports. Sports bets also contribute to our all-cash rewards program.
Compared to Pinnacle, we offer more cryptocurrencies (41+), a $2500 welcome offer, same game parlay, cashout and loyalty benefits.

I don’t see a lot of innovation in the sports betting section to be honest (last 4 years at least)
What is Cloudbets vision? Being a soft bookie and having a lot of cool innovative offers or winner's welcome bookie with limited odds?

We’ve launched our new sports beta this year with improved UI and better features.
Our vision is simple: be the most innovative sportsbook that can take the biggest bets in sports. We’re building a platform that combines high limits and fast payouts with new features, unique markets and rewards that keep betting fresh and exciting for both serious and casual players.

What updates about cloudbet since you stopped promotional campaigns since years in bitcointalk?
Over the years we've added loads of new markets on the sportsbook side, some before anyone else. Horse racing, virtual sports, live in-play betting, cash out, same game parlays, and more have all become industry standard by now, but most recently we launched a Trade Execution Engine that allows our users to access global liquidity and place bets of virtually unlimited size that no other operator could feasibly trade. You can read about that here. On the casino side, we've added leaderboards, chat, custom tournaments, and thousands of slots, live tables, and provably fair games, including several exclusive to Cloudbet. We also launched the single most generous loyalty program in the industry, giving users both consistent rakeback on all bets, and a steady stream of regular (and ever increasing) rewards based on their play. I'd say we've basically been laser-focused on building the best possible experience for users. It hasn't always turned out perfect, but the effort has paid off for players, and there's more in the pipeline we can reveal soon.

Did you use another marketing strategy during the last few years?
We've been slow and steady on marketing, but recently rebranded to prepare for some serious efforts in sponsorships and partnerships. So far, that's included a major push into MMA through partnerships with both the PFL and Karate Combat, and top fighters and personalities in the space like... We also really want to do a lot more in the crypto space again. That could be sponsoring conferences, getting involved in some of the foundational work going on, or anything else we (or you — suggestions welcome!) can think of.

We would like to know how you maintain the system during the last few years, and if absence from bitcointalk has any influence on traffic and returns, and how you decided to come back to bitcointalk in full enthusiasm?
Our ethos is to operate as a legacy-first company. We favor our OGs and take pride in our long-term players.
Recently, we have amped up our marketing activities by partnering with the PFL, Karate Combat, launched new community features, a new sports beta, a new casino beta and are looking into improving our on-platform and off-platform community features to improve camaraderie. Stay tuned!
Bitcoin Talk is our home, its where we launched and were arguably the first to launch. We’ve never left, just been dormant while working on our re-design. We are back and intend to stay.

If I may add, will the team release a date and time ahead of the said monthly live discussion? I think it’d be easier for folks to hop-in if there’s a set schedule as opposed to random time.
The answers here come from leadership in the company, so we will gather questions here and answer as soon as possible (like this reply is less than a month!)

I’d like to know more about your plans for this new phase. Are there any new features or special contests for forum players?
We will create Bitcoin Talk-specific promotions and run more competitions, signature campaigns, review campaigns and re-introducing ourselves to the community here. Do you have any recommendations of what you want to see?

What coins are customers not allowed to withdraw if they have accounts that are not KYC verified?
Only SOL requires KYC. The other tokens should be fine but please keep in mind that KYC can be requested at any time.

Hey guys. Cloudbet founder and CEO here. It’s been a while.

Back in 2013, I announced our launch on Bitcoin Talk. This is where it all started. The feedback was intense and fast, and there was more than enough love to keep us going through the ups and downs of building our business and spreading crypto to the masses.

Somewhere along the way we started talking more to new crypto adopters, and engaged less and less here. That changes now. We’re coming back to Bitcoin Talk as a place to talk to the original innovators. We want to be part of the conversation about where crypto is going and what place casinos and sportsbooks — still some of the most innovative and entertaining places in web3 — have in that future.

With that in mind, here’s how we’re hoping to engage here going forward:

We’ll open up the thread here for questions. Not customer support stuff, but real curiosity around anything we can answer: Technical stuff, sports betting nuances, whatever.

Every month, either myself, or our CPO, CTO, or a senior team member will get on here and answer as many of the questions as they can, and get into live discussions where possible.

We’ll also post regular product updates, and engage in whatever threads we think we actually add value in.

To keep this from becoming a wasteland of Customer Support tickets, we’ll enforce a strict rule of responding to almost every CS request with “Talk to CS”. We’re not trying to be dicks, but this isn’t the place to ask why a transfer hasn’t gone through yet.

Anything else you guys want to see from us here, let me know. I’m just glad to be back. It’s been over ten years since we first launched here. Wild.

I’m going by @SatoshiOhtani_ on X if you want regular updates about building Cloudbet and about the industry. We run airdrop campaigns there that you can check out as well.

Glad to be back. WAGMI.

Hi all,

Thank you for your messages.

After reviewing this case, we can see that as mentioned: an account was opened, a deposit was made, and no bets were placed.

Based on our review, KYC was requested due to suspected multi-accounting which was flagged by our internal systems.

As stated in our Cloudbet terms and conditions:https://www.cloudbet.com/en/help/terms

7.1.10.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any Cryptocurrency credited to your account frozen.

Our team have reached out to the player privately, and hope to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Many thanks,
Cloudbet Team

After almost 48 hours of begging they returned the money to the user on the site but put me in a new surprise and made the withdrawal fee 4 times more expensive for $ 50(it was 8$).
Hope this time the withdrawal request will processes smooth and im done with this website forever.

Hi ChickenLegs,

I'm very sorry you've had the experience you did. ETH gas price has skyrocketed in the past few days, and your withdrawal was initially broadcasted promptly, but with a gas price that ended up being too low to get it into a block. We had this issue for a number of customers, and I expect other operators and exchanges did too.

We've had to drop those transactions and increase the withdrawal fee, as the gas price is much much higher.

I know $50 is brutal and I wish we didn't have to, but it isn't up to us - those are current ETH gas prices. As soon as gas prices fall, we will drop our withdrawal fees.

FYI the withdrawal fees are only to cover gas price - in fact we subsidise it.

Sorry about your experience and I hope any future experiences with Cloudbet are more positive.
