No problem.

Any comments on my suggestions?

Hi there,

sorry for the misunderstanding.

What I meant to write was: If you can't reach us via skype, please send an email and we'll get back to you asap.

Cheers
Jeff from Bitwala

Hi Jeff,

Please read my suggestions and note that although I mentioned the contact page you are referring to, I didn't say anything about contacting you by email or opening a support ticket. IMO that's working just fine.

 Huh

Hi Coali,

thanks for the heads up. If you can't reach anybody over Skype, please send us an email and we'll open a support tickets. That's actually the fastest way to get help from our support staff.

Hope this helps.

EDIT: Here's a list of the relevant email-addresses: https://www.bitwala.io/contact/

Cheers

Jeff from Bitwala

Just a heads up ...

Since there isn't any phone number to contact you .... It would be nice if you actually had someone taking care of the skype you have in your contact page.

I have been trying to contact you on skype for more than two weeks, but there is no one there.

Suggestions:
If you can not provide a contact phone number ...
Put someone to take care of your skype, or remove it from your contact page.
Put a chat box and an operator on your website.

If you pay 10% of the price of the book, I'll consider it.

Do you mean discounted price?

If a book is being sold for 100USD, I would try to get it for him if he is willing to pay me 10USD.
If a book is being sold for 200USD, I would try to get it for him if he is willing to pay me 20USD.

Like I said, I'll consider the job if I get paid 10% of the price of the book.

Do you allow FTP and SSH connections?

What OS are you using? Windows? Linux?

I have recently bought a wordpress site and have no previous experience with wordpress.I need some help regarding it.I just want to change my domain from current example.com to example.xyz.Anyone who can do it for me,I will give him 0.005BTC

This might be an easy task or a very complicated one.

Please PM me the URL of the site to have a look at it before I offer my services.

I basically need to see the current structure of the site and the possible custom scripts/plugins installed.

You are paying too little for such an amount of work.

Right now I have some spare time and am looking for a project to start.

PM me your specific requirements and I'll send you an estimated price for the job.

If you really want this to work and get the consensus support from the people mining in SlushPool, submit a proposal on their Development Corner. Let's see how it goes from there.

Re: Spectrocoin is still trustable?
by
Coali
on 02/04/2017, 13:31:58 UTC
I was about to open an account with them, but I am hesitant after reading the accusations. I hope you guys can help me clarify my doubts .... for better or worse.

If I understood correctly ..... they allow you to put BTC in your account, but require ID verification to move/use your BTC?

Would'n it be easier for Spectrocoin to require your verification before they allowe you to use your account?

They way it is been done now, leaves too much margin in Spectrocoin's hands to retain and block your BTC on their side.

Case example:
1) You open an account in Spectrocoin and fund it with 2.0 BTC.
2) After a few days you need some BTC, let's say .... to buy some hash power.
3) They ask for ID verification.
4) You send ID verification.
5) They reject ID verification.
6) You resend ID verification.
The rejection and request for new ID verification can go on forever.

Conclusion: Your account gets blocked and you lost your 2.0 BTC.

Could someone please comment about my analysis or tell me about other alternatives to Spectrocoin?
