Hi everyone.
I've been trading on this exchange for months and everything was fine until they robbed me .
I have presented all the evidence, but the support is responsible for all the crap to unsubscribe and justify themselves .
Remember that all exchanges have full access to your account and even 2FA will not save you because they just disable it .
coinfalcon.com -Thieves .

Hi Titan60, this is from CoinFalcon support team. We're sorry to hear about what happened, but could you please tell us more about your experience? We'd like to ask you a few questions regarding the funds you said you've lost even with 2FA enabled.

1. When did this happen?
2. Can you provide us with the email you used in your CoinFalcon account?
3. Aside from the 2FA code, every withdrawal request on CoinFalcon requires a withdrawal confirmation from the email associated with your account, so we'd also like to know if 2FA was also enabled in your email account.

For your security, you may email your responses to support@coinfalcon.com. Moreover, for everyone's reference, you may check this article for our recommendations to keep your CoinFalcon account secure: https://support.coinfalcon.com/en-us/article/securing-your-account-basics-eak1kq/

What kind of license do you have? I looked at the list of Regulated Financial Institutions in Estonia and couldn't find CoinFalcon.

Hi poordeveloper. Our license is pending approval at the moment, things take a bit in Estonia to get approved. We will have a link to the license on our site once it is ready so you don't have to search for it.

I was searching for a good exchange since I don't have much knowledge about them I did some research and found Poloniex/Yobit and few more, sadly Poloniex was asking for my KYC/photo proof and I am not planning to do big exchanges so didn't care to provide them, are you guys planning to add Stratis/Ripple in the future? will checkout CoinFalcon cheers.

Hi illusioNiZt! We are open to adding any coin given there is enough demand Wink.

Where do you plan to have bank accounts on?

Hi poordeveloper! As mentioned in our first post, we are a Regulated Financial Institution in Estonia, thus that is where our banking partner is located. Thanks for the question!
What about alternative deposit options? Perfect money, AdvCash... Do you plan on accepting any of them?

Hi poordeveloper! In the future, we will explore alternative deposit options but for launch, we will only have SEPA transfers for fiat.

No Free + Exchange == Obvious Scams
Please explain your revenue model if you are choosing to run an exchange as a charity. Those whatever % fees you would take will be equivalent to the transaction fees.

Hi KenR! We mentioned in the main post that we will have fees for margin trading.

So users not using your margin trading services won't pay fees?

How about deposit and withdrawal fees?

Hi poordeveloper! Correct, we will only be charging a fee to traders who are utilizing the margin trading system. We are still working out what the deposit and withdraw fee will be but it will simply be to cover what we are charged by our banking partner.

So looks like platform is still in development phase, idea of 0% trading fee for forever sound too good to be true. Lets see how you guys have planned to survive with all the running cost you might have to cover each month.  Grin

Hi mobnepal! Yes, that is correct, we are still in the development phase and in the process of getting our license in Estonia. As mentioned earlier, we will be charging a fee for trading on margin.

A suggestion:

Implement multisig wallets so people don't have to trust the exchange. Then I would use it.

Hi twinstarrider72! This is on our roadmap to be implemented, but we won't be launching with it as it is a great deal of work.

Finanzierung dann über Exit Scam?

Quote

Most exchanges will not give you access to the private keys for simplicity reasons but as soon as you move them to a wallet such as bitcoin core, you will have access to them.

Re: New to Bitcoin - Need some advice
by

on 04/08/2017, 13:00:29 UTC
Hello,

I am new to bitcoin, I have managed to set up a wallet on blockchain and on coinbase.
I am also aware of bitaddress and how to upload my wallet to blockchain.

That said, can anyone explain to me the cheapest method of buying BTC?
Also, what is purpose of buying / saving BTC?

How do people go about trading BTC?

Should I be using  an online BTC wallet when buying & storing BTC and what one is best if so?

If anyone could give me an inspiring newbies crash course as to why i should be buying BTC and uses / purposes of it along with strategy and practical educational info I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks,
Hero

When we launch CoinFalcon, we will be the cheapest around to buy and sell!
