.. what they cant tweet more then once a month to let people know about how things are progressing...

no tweet update since 26th of April (which was an old maintenance update, and has some new angry comments of this week) so today is again maintenance which was not tweeted...that is not reassuring, and only creates aggravation.

Tells people that there is either no-one being payed for a simple tweet, or cannot be arsed to do so.

So WHERE is the official communication channel? (according to some tweets some were banned on discord simply asking!)

I'm hoping the market picks up soon. I don't understand what people are waiting for as now is the best time to invest.

Indeed, and they are not waiting...    If you mean the Sheeple from Dec/Jan - they will show up again at some point  Grin

One milestone would be to update your Website and remove such links like
"Buy CFT" > Cryptopia > BitGrail  !!???

...I mean come on, the latter is a disgrace & bankrupt, and Cryptopia delisted you... Who is in charge of updating the Page?

CFT IS MOVING FAST: THE INCREDIBLE ADVANTAGES OF BECOMING AN ERC-20 TOKEN

Cryptoforecast is continuing his advance towards new milestones. In this long run, we are working on a new, important developement stage: the passage of Cryptoforecast Token (CFT) from omni layer to ERC-20 token (on ethereum blockchain). What does this mean? What will be the great advantages for cryptoforecast community?

Re: [ANN] [$PAC] [X11] Community Governed | Masternodes | Actively Trading

Hi. i have 80K+ Pacoin on cryptopia and i leave it there. but now when i open my account again i have only 87 Pacoin? any info??

The old total supply of 100 trillion PACcoin has been reduced via an RCO (Redemption Coin Offering) offering one new $PAC for each 1,000 old PACcoin.

Because they ripped you (and anyone with old PAC) off:

they divided all coins by 1000, which resulted in the value dropping to 10% of what you had before in value (your $1000USD worth of PAC are now only $100 USD worth of new $PAC)

Well played, and great way to punish old hodlers! ...if we would have sold before this swap, we would have saved 90% - this is now lost!

As mentioned here https://paccoin.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Fork_Redemption_Guide.pdf  Where is the "whole host of benefits" then??

"one new PAC for each 1,000 existing PAC, with each new PAC worth 1,000 times the original PAC." ?   ...you mean each new PAC worth 90% less the original PAC!

Yes, this seems to be all what matters  "makes PAC more attractive to new exchange listings, which is our focus for 2018"

Who cares about old Hodlers who had PAC for ages?

Disappointing!

most likely the Dev (or who is the contact for Cryptopia) does not reply, therefore Cryptopia stopped the markets.
Only due to no websites they don't stop markets as other coins show.
So there might be hope if someone at least talks to Cryptopia...

Fans, potential users and Hodlers are out there.

one tweet from Vietnam "donates" a website (!?)

well, he's not quick in building it, as it's nothing there yet Sad

Can't one Dev or founder at least give a little statement in here what's going on, status etc?

Just in case someone doesn't know - until the Bittrex issue is clear (if MYST remains there or not - as I see it it will be gone there by the end of January)

People who think "I better sell" can instead simply store their Myst in the MyEtherWallet com Etherchain.

Then simply Hodl - project too good of an idea as to just sell due to the exchange issues.

I don't know either if to trust it or not (that's how I found this thread) but well, it's a new Exchange which makes the effort to build/be a DEX / decentralized Exchange - which is, in my opinion the future alternative to centralized Exchanges.

The main thread here on BitCoinTalk is the section for BridgeCoin, their internal Coin (as Bitshares is for their DEX) - it is basically built on BitShares: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2015949.0

There (and the website) they state that even if the site goes down / disappears, the coins are safe as they are actually stored on the (Bitshares)BlockChain ...so in theory all *should* be save - ever saver than on traditional/centralized Exchanges

Same thoughts - potential name & coin, but not much activity in here, only twitter - which is most likely a bad sign.

Sorry for 2 daft questions guys:

a) Setting up the wallet, in the unpacked zip folder - what's the difference between colxd.exe, colx-cli.exe  and colx-qt.exe ?

b) if running colx-qt.exe it states "no block source available" - I allowed it through the firewall, so what could be wrong there?

Thanks

a) They are the LINUX executable programme files... the colx-qt.exe is WinDoze!    Smiley

b) Follow the instructions here and that should hopefully resolve the issue - https://colossuscoinxt.org/2017/11/what-to-do-if-wallet-is-not-syncing/

If not, head over to the COLX discord and/or telegram and there the COLX technical support team will be able to assist you further...

Discord - https://discord.gg/JfYkgB

Telegram - https://t.me/colossuscoin

Thanks Pete; well actually the folder is "ColossusCoinXT_Windows_1.0.1_64 bit" so there shouldn't be a Linux executable?

Can you or someone in here advise which of the three (colxd.exe, colx-cli.exe  or colx-qt.exe) to use on Win64bit ?

Any updates from the dev expected before end of the year?
The website and the new wallet will launch the end of next month.

Sorry for daft questions:

a) if I use a wallet now, how would I swop to the new wallet in January, are the coins safe while an update?

b) regarding the current wallets: there is the choice between normal wallets, and the "Windows-64-BIT-AutoUpdate" Wallet...what is teh difference in using it? yes, I can can imagine it auto-updates  Grin Having teh choice, that sounds like always a better option, right? Or is a reason why to choose the non-auto-update one?

Thanks
