Hi,

We are sorry to hear the support ticket process has been frustrating for you. We have tried to automate the process as much as possible to give users answers as quickly as possible for the most commonly asked questions.

Please ensure you have properly submitted a support ticket so we can get to the bottom of the issue, as we don't monitor the forums very frequently.

Please ensure you go through both steps of the support ticket process while logged in to your CoinPayments account:
•   Step 1 - Go through the support wizard here: https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz
o At the end of the wizard you will be provided with a support code that is valid for 1hr and a link to create a support ticket on FreshDesk
•   Step 2 - Open a support ticket on Fresh Desk using the support code provided in Step 1.
o We usually answer tickets within 24hrs.

Thank you,

CoinPayments Team

You cannot directly blame coin payment for your loss without any proof. It is very easier for a hacker to access details from your computer with a hidden Remote administration tool. A java virus can remains undetectable for a couple of weeks stealing data from your computer checking your emails, etc just because you click a button on some unsafe site. Keeping your Antivirus updated will reduce the chances of attack on your devices.

Great wisdom kind sir

A Tribute to Legendary Mr. Data & The Unsung Heroes of Technology

BIT TALKERS!

Prompted by the community, CoinPayments Creator & Lead Core Developer Mr. Data, agreed to an exclusive interview in which he shares his personal views on Bitcoin, and offers a glimpse into the past, present and future plans of the first and largest  multi-crypto payment processor in the world

This article shares very personal and controversial views on Bitcoin, plans for the next years ahead and a tribute to all developers around the world, whose work is too often underestimated.

Please visit CoinPayments Official Blog for the full version https://blog.coinpayments.net/coinpayments-in-the-news/the-unsung-heroes-of-technology
Enjoy the read!

Here is a little glimpse  Wink

2013 – CoinPayments was born
'Mr. Data and pr0d1gy were able to identify a major gap in the trade of Cryptocurrencies for goods and services — At the time, if merchants wished to accept multiple cryptos as a payment method, they would need to employ different payment processors, and this proved to be a major set-back for mass adoption.
By identifying a flaw in an otherwise utopian system, the idea of one payment processor supporting multiple currencies was born. – “I always knew this was gonna be something, someday!” – Pr0d1gy

Within a month from that fatidic day, which would single handedly open the doors to mass crypto adoption, the 1st version of CoinPayments became live and announced on Bitcointalk.'

FYI - This is what you get after paying the $25 fee...So you pay $25 to find out you have to pay $50K per term

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in having your coin hosted on the CoinPayments platform. At first glance, it looks like your coin will be able to be successfully integrated onto our platform, but if you would like to proceed we will need to take a more in depth look at your code.

While we can appreciate your concern over our hosting pricing, we would like to make it known that there is a significant amount of work involved in adding a new coin to our platform to provide a hosted wallet solution along with automated payment processing through our plugins and APIs. In addition, the ongoing maintenance and liability of users storing coins on our platform also comes with a cost.

However all that being said, we have just recently changed our coin hosting policy. Now instead of charging an ongoing monthly fee, we will instead take a deposit and then provide a FULL refund at the end of the 1 year term, provided that the coin provides advanced notification for any code updates/maintenance/forks/airdrops/swaps/etc...

Our coin hosting page outlines the requirements to be added and we will still charge the $25 application fee for the initial review of the requirements, but most importantly to ensure we only get serious requests (before we received too many requests from coin holders and spammers, and not the coin's core team).

To answer the other questions, all the coins we support can be seen on our supported coins page  (make sure to click the appropriate tab, eg. Crypto, Ether Tokens (Wallet + Payments), Ether Tokens (Wallet Only), etc...).

We are excited to further the adoption of crypto in the mainstream and we hope our new coin hosting program will benefit everyone!

POA20, ERC20 Token of POA Network, now boasts of the very first ERC20 token supported on the CoinPayments Platform!

CoinPayments is proud to have begun supporting POA20 payment processing. This collaboration is an exciting one for us as we believe that in the future, we will see this network model becoming more widely adopted due to its simplicity and low fees, which much like CoinPayments, aims to provide an affordable blockchain solution to any size business.

Please visit our blog at https://blog.coinpayments.net/coin-spotlight/poa-network to find out more about this exciting collaboration!

Happy Fathers Day!

Ok im a bit confused by this topic to be honest , i was looking at adding erc20 tokens as a payment option on my site as it says "Payment Processing" , was looking around there site for info on enabling this , couldn't find anything about it , I think its a great idea as this would help a lot of these tokens expand there reach and usability , so i sent there support a email and got this reply ,

"We don't support ERC-20 tokens for payment services, however you could use the 'get_callback_address' API depending on your needs."  Huh

So if they are saying it can be used for Payment Processing, and then reply like this??

Dont get me wrong , I have used Coinpayments for many years and like there platform, just confused on whether can be used as payment processing or not r whetther there basically just being a wallet for ERC20 tokens..

Regards
Confused

Sorry to confuse you like that, the news came out fast and we still had to get our support system updated.

Anyway, CoinPayments DOES support ERC20 token payment processing for participating tokens. That means the specific token needs to contact us and go through the integration process first, then all merchants using our platform can log into their dashboard and start accepting payments in that specific token.

Hope that helps clarify things!

CoinPayments.net has just announced that they now support ERC20 Payment Processing for participating ERC20 tokens.

We hope the solution helps further the adoption of crypto and now there's no need for thousands of tokens to code their own payment processing solution!

CoinPayments – First to Offer ERC20 Token Payment Processing

Cryptocurrency payment gateway expands to include Ethereum token payments

Merchants using the CoinPayments payment gateway now have the option to accept ERC20 token payments within their ecommerce store. Until now, there hasn’t been a solution created for automated payment processing of ERC20 tokens due to the complexity of the Ethereum blockchain and the gas fees.

“Scalability and utility issues around Ethereum tokens have taken the spotlight in the cryptocurrency industry today. Once again, CoinPayments leads the way innovating the first and only ERC-20 token payment processing solution in the world!”
– Alex Alexandrov, CoinPayments CEO

The addition of ERC20 token payment processing to the CoinPayments platform benefits:
-   The token company with a prebuilt solution for payment processing
-   The merchant having the option to accept payments in their favorite ERC20 tokens
-   The customer by providing more outlets for spending their ERC20 tokens

The CoinPayments payment gateway will allow ERC20 tokens to increase their user adoption through the premade, easy to integrate plugins & APIs offered for all the major ecommerce platforms. Instead of hundreds or thousands of companies coding their own payment processing solutions, they can conveniently use the CoinPayments platform instead.

“My vision is a world built around thousands of microeconomies focused on building niche industry specific communities. CoinPayments provides a solution for every new token to have a chance to participate in this new world of banking.”
– Alex Alexandrov, CoinPayments CEO

More information can be found on the official CoinPayments Blog Announcement for ERC20 Token Payment Processing

CoinPayments was started in 2013 as the first altcoin payment processor and has since grown to over 1.4 million accounts across 182 countries. The easy to use platform offers prebuilt plugins and integrations for all the major ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Woocommerce and Magento. With hundreds of altcoins supported on their platform, CoinPayments leads the way in furthering the adoption of cryptocurrencies.

Hacker logged in to my account even I have 2FA there. Also I never received withdraw confirmation to email for those withdrawals. I sent ticket, but no reply yet.

One friend of mine also have same issue.
