А как насчет тех, кто находился в процессе проверки? А как насчет тех, кто в настоящее время заблокирован / неактивен своими учетными записями из-за бездействия?
Моя учетная запись была проверена xBTC-e до того, как ваш обменник был взят.

Just scan your passport and send it to them, what is the problem?

They do this to see if the account is hacked or not when it was inactive probably. Still, asking for a passport scan is stupid if you haven't sent them one before. Keep us updated till its solved please.

i have no problem with providing my passport i just dont know how they will validate the information if ive never provided any information containing names/etc. by their logic i can submit any passport since there is no base to compare it to...

situation still not solved, i own everything related to my account for a couple of years including my gmail which is phone verified and skype and whatever else, just not the wallet becaused i used it for a single transaction...

Did your problem was solved?

nop, not solved yet...

So, what are you waiting for?  If you are not intended to provide them your real documents, i can give you my passport or any other documents they need.

ive sent them my passport yesterday, im kinda desperate because its a lot of money 10.34btc and ive been reading threads of them not replying or not doing anything...

my account is locked because i havent logged in for 6 months or so? and now btc-e is asking for my passport id... i have access to all aspects of my account including phone verified gmail,skype,etc... just not the wallet i used for deposit because i used 1 wallet per transfer...

i have every information about my account and access to my gmail since 2015, all passwords, skype, phone numbers, everything and they are asking for my passport? i never used any bank transfer or name when registering so i dont know how that qualifies as validating my account since there are no indication of names or bank transactions.... but whatever. they are helding exactly 10.34btc from my account....
