Re: Do you honestly think Bitcoin toys would help us?!

The kids in school are more likely to understand Bitcoin than most adults imho. Most adults don't even understand domain names, and that is virtual property.
Why would you say that though? What is your reasoning for that? I don't know of any children using this site. It's mostly adults.

In the past moderators have been selected through this process.
Yeah but is there a certain rank you have to be? Is there any kind of time frame?

Why do I feel like this thread is shade throwing towards another thread?

Dude, you are now forever banned from the yet-TBD section that I'll be voted in as its moderator.

Anybody else wanna fuck with me?
Dude I'm not fucking with you at all. I'm just asking if you're throwing shade hehe. Smiley

I am glad more people are taking an interest in running for moderator.
Is there seriously a moderator campaign? Is there a certain rank you have to be in order to join?

I Think this is redicukus Kids should not play thoes kinds of things .
^ This guy gets it. To think people would actually be this eager in getting their kids to grow up is kind of silly. Kids need time to laugh, love, and really just enjoy life before they're just making life all about work. It's terrible. My older brother had no childhood and inherited some of my father's duties. Half of his childhood was taken away. It's not fair, or fun.

Re: How can we make bitcoin's price only RISE and never FALL?
by

Simple, kill everyone who only have bitcoin for profit because they'll sell their bitcoin eventually.
If every bitcoiner use bitcoin as currency (never sell/exchange bitcoin to fiat), they don't need to sell bitcoin & price won't fall.
Oh yeah, this is true. How are we actually gonna "kill" those people though...? Also, how are you gonna find them in the first place?

this is the exact reason bitcoin price wont keep on rising just like that. and with other factors mentioned by @7788bitcoin . this is exactly the case.

I actually think there IS a clear cut way to just have the price only grow and never rise. I think maybe we're just gathering way too much thought into this. Sometimes when people over think things, that's when most tasks are extremely difficult to do. Hm..I wanna say my idea was the best idea so far. Not because it's my idea, but because it's definitely the only idea in the thread right now so. I welcome some help here. Can't do this alone. Anytime you guys wanna brainstorm and jump in that'd be welcomed.

How would you like to make a boatload of money and help take down the Federal Reserve Bank within 5 years? Grin
I think it's definitely gonna take much longer than five short years! We need some real ammo and real amounts of supporters on our side. My only concern is how we're gonna find them.

Do you honestly think Bitcoin toys would help us?!

This post is actually in reference to another post. It's really hard to take it serious for some reason. In theory it sounds rather meaningful but I don't really think it can be useful in any way. This person didn't actually suggest toys based on Bitcoin, but it actually made me go from their point to this one. Do you really think toys based on Bitcoin could be utilized to actually raise our children to be educated on the currency? Do you think they'd actually enjoy the toys? Do you think they can actually grasp what Bitcoin even is? I just feel like trying to teach small children anything huge and confusing is a bad idea because children naturally have undeveloped mindsets to not even be able to grasp what certain things mean. That's why you can't sue children, that's why children don't have jobs and that's why children can't drive.

Curious though, if you wanted to invent a Bitcoin toy, what would you make?

just convince everyone to keep buying and not to sell.   Price will surely rise.

lol
But as soon as you buy, you gotta sell so what next...? I think maybe Bitcoin should have some kind of national buying day to make the price hit 1 billion or something and then that same day, we sell it at the same time via circle.com or something. I think it'd be fun. We can also do fun private rallies.

Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities
by

All currencies as bitcoin and some altcoins may be used to ilegal activities but in the end fiat will always lead those market as it is the main resorce of that kind of business.

Indeed every currency is used by criminals, so why should we worry about the fact the bitcoin is ued by them also.
Like every currency it has criminals that are using it but that would not become any problem in my eyes.
Exactly. I wouldn't ever hate Bitcoin more or less just because some no good crooks use it.

I think 20 seconds is long enough for me, I'll just simply tell my very rich friend " hey friend, I know this would be weird but, buy some bitcoin from me, ask me later what it is." That I think could encourage new investors to buy bitcoin..
I think you'll have to try harder than that. Hehe.

Sometimes it's a good idea to have fun with the Bitcoin facuets. Do little trivia questions and nice surveys to get them. I must admit though, Bitcoin facuets really have that tendancy to be extremely aggravating to occupy at times. Only because it's really not giving you that much in terms of payment...

I suggest becoming a coder if you really want to take in some cash.

To be honest, I feel like it's actually kind of ridiculous to take raising our children to that type of extreme. I just reverse image searched that house and it's worth $12,000. I'm not about to spend that kind of money on toys for my child to teach them home owner's insurance. If you really wanna do that, are you also going to be painfully realistic and teach them the pain of going bankrupt and living on the street if they lose that house? That's too much for a child to take in at such a young age. Forget it.

I actually don't have any PC games. I don't really play games too often because I simply just don't have the time. I don't really like to think about what games I'm missing though. I remember playing a ton of super Mario and legend of Zelda. I just wish I had time to play.

Re: Bitcoin will never reach $700 again

It may or it may not. As far as I am concerned, it can still have potential to be a wonderful currency and not so much a Ponzi scheme or way to take in money with little to no effort. When it's here at a stagnant hault in terms of prices, it's better in my belief. It's less frantic in terms of wondering if you'll lose any money from Bitcoin. It would be nice to actually have some kind of opportunity to get the price to only grow, but it's rather difficult.
