Most likely you didn't set ETH address as you have to do in time. You should have specified your ETH wallet address during the defined timeframe. All the contributors were notified about it in our official social media, by personal emails, and at the tokensale website. Why you did ignore the terms and didn't read this?

We do not provide such option of linking your bank account to the app. However, you'll be able to use IBAN/Bpay feature as soon as it's restored. We do not open/create any kind of bank accounts by the customer name. We do not process and do not store users documents, you're right, KYC is handled by our partners - bank-partner(if you want to order the card you should pass a simple verification via the card section) and Jumio(for increasing in-app crypto-fiat limits)
