So I don't know what your agreement was or how long you expected the the repair to take not including time in transit. Depending on all that you can create an accusation but so far it doesn't sound out of the ordinary yet. If you do plan to go further you probably want to add pictures of the miner and something showing the discussion beyond ordering it.


You may also want to think about editing your image to block your personal information.

Going to have to see some proof - No one is taking you at your word for anything anymore. TXID's, Photos, anything that shows you are not making this up.

seems amazing that while the seller seems ticked that the deal is being reversed and buyer is being refunded - even to saying that they have shipped the item the day before but still never posted something which would simply validate the statement - a tracking number...

At crypto832  if you are this unlucky in life and tons of shit happened to you I am sorry.  But I have never called you out as a scammer.

Yet  in a pm today you wrote you were scammed shipping.  Well how is that if you had shipped yesterday you could show it is on its way.

 and You would get the coins when it arrived.

I went the extra mile to give you the chance to show you are a good decent seller.

You still have time to show that monday date for the shipping.  As I will hold funds just a bit longer.












A Complete aside escrow work sucks.

I escrowed about 5000 usd in 3 escrows .  the last 10-15 days  my fees were 75 bucks.  once I did test sends I spent about 10 or 15 of  that 75 bucks  so a net of say 60 usd for me.   I have written more then 50 pm's for these escrows  they still are not finished. and if you look above you will see when I almost f'd up and listed wrong refund address there was no one either buyer or seller   saying hey phil  you mixed  refund address of buyer with seller's payment address.

I caught that before the  tester send  which is why I send a tester send  since it is only 7 or 8 bucks.  Once I do this and I am confirmed I send rest of coin.

At times I feel  25% of the escrows I do are simply done by a scammer trying to tire me out and get me to stop escrowing.  Thus allowing scammers easier work at scamming.

These are classic red flags of a exit scammer, Could just be a series of circumstantial stuff, I don't think so though.(Newbie account too)
I would recommend using escrow on any future deals with this user no matter how minute the amount.
