I sent 0.1 and has not yet come :/ probably a scam

My BTC deposit today arrived OK. Ask the support if it does not show up.
I tried that but unsuccessfully

Did you deposit from a single address like blockchain.info or multibit? I was using coinbase for awhile and it generates a different address everytime you send BTC so you can't actually put in your address at the beginning for it to show up on the first confirmation.

Re: Beginner Tips on Investing in Bitcoin?

After a little realization, my dream of getting a mining rig, at my current buget, I don't think that is going to happen right now. I feel like if I invest in BTC, then I'll have a better chance of makeing a profit than a beginner >50ghash/ second over the course of 6 months or so. What a really need is some advice from senior investors into some tips about BTC investing. I feel like investing in BTC is harder that say regular stock because once it tops out on the market, you sell and have to wait for it to bottom out, while in common stock you can just buy another and wait for that to rise up. I've seen people making 10k+ a month investing, so there has to be some sort of stratagy in investing. I'm willing to invest in about 1.5-2 BTC to start so keep that in mind.

Any beginner invester tips please let me know! Thanks!

It really depends on what your trying to get out of it. From what you were asking I'd guess your not looking for just buying and sitting on your BTC until they are worth 100k each or I'd say invest in it like anything else and take 10% of your monthly/weekly income (if you can afford it) and grow your btc over time. If your looking to day trade BTC I'd say pull some books on day trading stocks and adapt it to the BTC market. One thing I've noticed is that there are not that many exchanges for you to be able to short crypto so that you can capitalize on the dips and the spikes without having to use your own BTC per say.

I guess another bitcoin ponzi

Your right. All HYIP's are which is why everyone should "play"/"invest" what they can lose. Most people who got burned with BTC-arbs didn't realize it was a HYIP and over leveraged themselves.

I agree with you Yonce. I hope "investors" know that there is not an underlying business. I recently started playing HYIP's becasue they are absolutely fascinating to me, but never staying in long enough or putting in large sums of BTC that would over leverage myself. I am actually going to be taking your advice and withdrawing funds from another I am currently in and moving them to another. I look forward to your updates and your insight on HYIP's.

As with anything people need to "invest"/"play" with only what they can already consider a loss. I recently got out of rockwell after their new youtube video, but not without growing my $200 BTC investment to $300 in BTC. I hope soon enough we stop seeing the posts of people losing an insane amount of BTC and just use a portion of their nestegg to grow or use for investments. I had also been looking at BTC-arbs, but did not invest as something did not sit right as well.

If you don't mind me asking how many HYIP's are you diversified in at any time to hedge yourself against any sudden collapses?

Somewhat hedge yourself. If your producing 2 BTC monthly throw one in cold storage to grow in value then cashout/invest portions of the other in different alt coins or to increase your current hash rate and keep growing!

If your looking down the road. Start investing like you would anything else and take 10% (if you can afford it) of what your currently making per check and invest in bitcoin. You'll be surprised how fast it's going to grow.
