They claimed the terms are informal. And they were agreed to modify the terms to add POD must be done. Therefore, they can help us more like adding more strict terms to avoid a scam because they can talk with the scam dev. BTW, if it is a scam, bittrex will also take responsibilities because they host the ICO
Bittrex's responsibility is to uphold their terms and conditions of the ICO (Wallet, Blockchain and Blockexplorer) which have been met... that is all
If bittrex refund everyone after all the ICO terms are met then they are legally liable.
If it is a scam and bittrex send the devs the btc then they are NOT liable because the ICO terms that ALL parties agreed to have been met. YOU AGREED TO THESE TERMS WHEN YOU BOUGHT CLSTR

I recall a while back an upstanding NXT member getting robbed and ended up outing the completely wrong dude for the theft.
All I'm saying is Bittrex should be very careful and think through what they give out.
That being said you can have two views (mostly dependant on if you got burned or not):
1) traders blame themselves <- my point of view, but then again I sold at a 10% loss.
2) bittrex refunds cluster ico (this should only be done if the product promised is not delivered regardless of what price it trades at - according to contract, else you kill your own crediblity as an escrow)

I do believe that IF some substantial evidence is produced to bittrex clearly out lining that CLSTR is the same person as USE and it could be used to prevent legal action against bittrex then and ONLY THEN is it possible for bittrex to void the terms and conditions set out for the ICO.
At this point in time all agreements have been met and there is no substantial evidence to prove otherwise.

What did people see in the coin before investing? I do not understand why would people risk their coins in this.
I don't understand your misunderstanding...
It is crypto EVERYTHING is a risk especially in alts (mainly because majority of the coins are PnD scams) we play them because of high risk/reward.

Bittrex Should Stop ICO Market! Many investors lost in ICO.
By this logic google should freeze their stock price while working on innovative ideas...
Everyone should ask themselves this question...
"Why do I dump a coin that is still in ICO phase and has not reached the ICO agreement?"

you need negotiate withe Bittrex,i think people will glad to see ico on the Bittrex.

Never a coin up to now ico in B live better and just dump.
If that is what was meant then perhaps we should refer people to the CLD ICO that was hosted by bittrex.
A coin will cop FUD regardless of whether it is hosted at bittrex or by the developer without escrow himself.
It is just people wanting cheap coins.
Seems almost mandatory to have a moderated thread these days with how bad it has been.. so my conclusion is:
1. Self mod thread
2. Host on an exchange for peoples security and coins exposure/advertisement

This needs solid escrow before I am willing to do any investing...perhaps look into a few exchanges to host the ICO
Bittrex is 5btc IIRC and C-Cex take a percentage after the ICO is complete.
Having a solid exchange on board for escrow would do wonders for this coin.

Thank you, yes i looked into the bittrex escrow service, and was a little wary of 5btc just to host an ICO, as they basically offer the same amount of security as i would. Our team has just decided just to host it ourselves and just be extremely transparent with our identities and our actions. we aren't here to rip anyone off. just a good solid developer team, something rare in the crypto community at the moment.
I do not mean this to be taken the wrong way however the security you provide to us has no guarantee as there is no impartial party making sure both sides have come to their agreement. You may be the the most honest person in the world but given the lies and deception of the crypto community trust is something that has to be earn't.
To have your ANN thread posted with real names is nothing new to put it bluntly people still get burnt and the services an exchange offer or even a trusted BCT user would make everyone a little more comfortable.
You will find if it was hosted on an exchange the exposure and sense of security would be enough to sell out your entire ICO
