Investors will be refunded. That's for sure. There is no way, the money will flow somewhere else.

Some things to be done now by the guys in charge:
1. Liquidator will collect all the data, that is required to get the picture
2. Moneywise, he will make a sure, he has his hands on the pot
3. ICO data... well, let's see if Trado is cooperating
4. Legal considerations: Who will be eligible for refund (Pre-Sale, Founder, ICO Investors, Exchange buyers, ...)
5. Then, finally, let's start counting: Do the math!
6. Distribution of remaining funds

the controversy of a security token offering (RiseSTO)

Hello folks

recently a "Made in Germany" enterprise is promising passive income. Forever. They do it via "Rise's proven Über AI" by trading all asset classes on large exchanges: classic assets (like shares), commodities and yes: Cryptocurrencies. Rise looks more a day trading hedge fund who wants to jump on board. No real track record can be found. But alot of negative reviews on the internet
