Thanks. Now Cryptopia is delisting SLG: "Due to ongoing wallet issues SLG has been scheduled for delist on the 20/09/2017, please close all open orders and withdraw before this date."
Any comments on this? Did Cryptopia try to solve these issues with the devs first?

I received the following from Cryptopia support:
"We have been unable to resync the older DMB wallet, and the updated DMB wallet is not working. The Cryptopia Dev team has been working on resolving this for the past fortnight and have not been successful.
Unfortunately, as the update has effectively broken the DMB wallet, and the old wallet is no longer compatible with the network, we are now forced to delist this coin.
Any further support inquires and requests of compensation should now go directly to the DMB team. You can contact them through their website here - http://dmb.cryptoinfo.net/

Something similar like this happened to me with an Amazon gift card when I just started trading. I opened a dispute
right on the trade window, an admin stepped in, saw what had happened, and banned the
scammers account. I have been trading on Paxful ever since.

You're lucky. If the moderator was "Marcos", maybe you would lose money. Be careful.

Not sure why there is some confusion with Cryptopia or why they are delisting. We have not received any communication back from them in quite some time. We will contact them and attempt to resolve and clear up any confusion, but in the meantime, I'd recommend using C-Cex as it has the most volume anyway.
So why C-cex is stuck at block 8542? It seems there're no new blocks after 8542.

With it showing 4/20 now it's likely because Cryptopia finally brought their wallets back online and are catching up with the network. It should be fine soon. Other exchanges (example: C-Cex) are working fine.
Cryptopia support replied the following when I asked when the maintenance will finish:
"It will be finish if and when the issue is resolved. As it appears the network has forked it will depend on the ORO devs/community to provide a solution to this. Thanks MrFloppy Cryptopia Team"
So, what ORO developers can say about this?

Yes, but just after 6 days. I complained again with Cryptopia support. I don't know if they did something.
Is it normal to wait 6 days for the first confirmation?

But I couldn't find it on the block explorer. Cryptopia admin replied the following:
"Network confirmations are outside of our control and we are unable to assist further. Once the transaction is confirmed on the network your coins will arrive in your wallet. Cheers, Hex The Cryptopia Team"
Well, so what do you suggest to solve this?

After, more than a week waiting, Cryptopia finally fixed their wallet and they resent the coins:

I don't understand what happened with their wallets, since other exchanges (like Livecoin) are fine.

I received a reply from the Emercoin dev support. I forwarded it to Cryptopia support. Let's see if they rebroadcast the transaction.
