Yep agreed. I'll be glued to the screen for the presentation. It should hopefully act as a catalyst for more general awareness around the project. And actually the timing was accidentally perfect, with the 2x cancellation.

Nice, thanks for posting Synechist. There's so much confusion in this space (albeit it IS complicated, and progressing so @#% quickly), and so many people looking at charts and YouTube gurus instead of white papers. But my suspicion is that the influx of funds and other "smart" money will cause quality projects like Blocknet to rise to the surface ... and up the chart.

Just started researching PTOY but ... was the app already released? I came across a video from mid-September saying the app would be released by the end of the month? Was it released, and I missed the news? Or was there a delay?

Yeah that makes sense MrPuffnStuff. So I imagine we don't have any community members who speak English and Korean? Part of the problem is Googling their names in English skips over the sources they'd probably be appearing in (with their Korean names).

Would it be accurate to summarize Blocknet as a direct peer-to-peer exchange of digital assets?

I've been doing a bunch of research lately and fsr ... my understanding of Blocknet keeps getting pulled in different directions.

Can Blocknet be summarized "in a nutshell" (I realize leaving a lot out, but still ...), and if so, is the above summary about right?

So usage provides a “base price” for FCT, below which it can’t drop without exhausting the available supply. The base price, however, doesn't take into consideration speculation, which in public markets is usually around 10-15x—crypto's rough equivalent to the P/E ratio—of the base price. Though early-market "startups" like Factom often go magnitudes higher depending on market sentiment and expectations for growth. Even mature companies often reach magnitudes of value above their early earnings, for instance Amazon=847x, Netflix=282x, etc. And these are mature companies, with much more limited growth potential.

Then sell, please. No one mentioned Lambos but if you think a fully functioning Shift network wouldn't be worth 100x where it is today, I suggest you do more research.
