All justice regulated by clause 9.6 for (ZEC miners) or 11.5 (for others) of "Tenancy, Hashrates Hosting and Trading Service Agreement":
"Mining may be interrupted by power supply issue in mining farm, network issue, miners repair or other problems, we will inform our users and recovery it as soon as possible. Users may suffer revenue losses during replacement of mining farm, moving miners, etc., we will not compensate for it"
Welp hashnest never fails to surprise me, and today's surprise is nada, zip, zero 24 days without payouts, o and on top now a 94% maintenance fee, G's thanks there hashnest for failing yet again.

As i saw previously, when asics not enabled calculations are showing wrong profitabilty too. But days without payouts it's real pain and seems in new hashnest's advertistment signs and banners should be some footnote like:

Which types of hashrate do you hold? I have seen next to nothing for my 200+ Z11.

I understand that the disaster that hit has caused a lot of problems in the area of where the mining centers are located, but there has only been one message here and one mining disbursement in the last 25 days, and the most recent notification on Hashnest was back on Sept 2, 2020 saying that their power was coming back on, and that the Z11 among others would be mining again.
I am trying to be patient and wait for updates, but if we reach 30 days without any word or update then I will be compelled to divest from Hashnest instead of continuing to do business with them.

The old system had a way of showing your contribution shares according to your hashing power and the equivalent payouts and maintenance fees. Do they still have that hidden somewhere?

Old one was removed and new one was promised but still not presented, We all are waiting for it.We are moving Z11 to new mining farm, payout will restored in a few days gradually.

What's going on with Z11 payments last 3 days? It's completely low. Like in 3-4 times lower than a other calculators said (with using same mantinace fee as on hashnest)
For last day 1xZ11 (135 KSOL/S) on hashnest:
PPS Payout / 1 Day
1.34243 USD
Maintenance fee / 1 Day
0.40876 USD
Earnings / 1 Day
0.93367 USD
But in any other calculators (135 KSOL/s, 0.40876 USD fee) you can see earning about 4 USD. Something going wrong here ...
