I think the key word in that twitter post is "upcoming."  That was a preview pic of the User Interface.  The beta version of the User Interface is scheduled for release this month last I heard.

Also from rocket chat it appears they just added another guy (Shane Burgett) to help with marketing/advertising/videos.  It looks like they are going to do an advertising push to coincide with the upcoming user interface update.

I agree that the list of devs and others involved should be listed clearly on the website.

I would have no problem with using the contest fund to attract a dev or committee.  Hell, if they are willing to work on adding something interesting to the coin I may be willing to donate some OC to the cause.  I'm not sure the 200k OC the contest fund has right now would draw much interest on its own.

What about Jim Rambler?  I know he spent a lot of time working on upgrades for the coin and was waiting on OC Dev to implement them.  Can he implement them without OC Dev?  Is he willing to do so?  It would seem a shame for his hard work to go to waste.  Not to mention some of us, myself included, invested in anticipation of these changes.  It sucks to see this coin go this way.

You're right.  I don't know how I messed that up.  But still, the lack of feedback is frustrating.

A lot of people have invested a lot of money in this coin.  Clearly some have been losing confidence over time.  It's sad to see OC trading for less than 100 satoshi these days.
It's been over a month since Orangecoin has posted to this thread.  It's been a month and a half since Jim_Rambler has posted to this thread.  It would be nice if one of them would post something here at least once a week.  It doesn't need to be paragraphs long.  A simple "Hey, we're still alive and still working on it" once a week would help maintain some level of confidence for those of us still holding on to our OC.

I surely hope you are done speaking here btcMagnet.  You have more than said your piece.  We get it.  Your railroading of this thread with your constant negativity is only serving to hurt OC.  With input from the community the devs have decided on how to implement the MN's.  I fully support them in this.  If you think the MN's are going to be overpaid why don't you get out and sell your OC and leave us alone.  Or better yet, set up your own MN.  I think most of us just want to see the MN's implemented.  I don't think it's a big deal to take some of the POS from 40+ years from now to pay for it.  Who knows what the state of the world, money, cryptocurrencies, etc will be like 40 years from now.  I don't think anyone bought into OC with plans to sit on it for 46 years.
Without MN's we are just another coin with a great community and awesome developers.  With MN's this coin could be something special and valuable.  I'd much rather have the devs spending their time working on implementing the MN's than arguing with btcMagnet.

Remember, you can vote on Mintpal once every hour!  So try to do it as much as possible.  Getting this coin on Mintpal would do great things for the value of this coin.
