Secondly, while you certainly have a point, we feel the exchange market is yet to be saturated, and there's a lot of room in the space for a polished, professional and secure platform.

Not too involved with current controversy but a big fan of bitcoin poker, and SwC is a bit too inactive for my liking.

This might not be the appropriate place to post this, but does anyone use any similar bitcoin poker sites showing more life?

Sorry, can you clarify what you mean? Do you mean a multi-currency walle like Exodus that holds more than just Bitcoin?

Regulation on integration of Bitcoin into mainstream financial services is happening and is ever-present, especially in the U.S.

Anyone looking to get into crypto with fiat has to jump through hoops, days of waiting for verification, and delays because of KYC and AML regulations forced onto the exchanges and sites that broker fiat -> bitcoin transactions. Then you pay your 5% fee as well.

It's incredibly ironic because that regulation in itself pushes people to crypto further because it exposes the injustices and issues with the traditional financial system today.

Glad you guys received it well. I honestly did not look into them too well but it illustrated the point I was trying to make well.

I wonder if someone tried to incorporate something like that with a cryptocurrency backing it - what function would that cryptocurrency serve?

Maybe if you provide your own analysis and thoughts first it'd prompt a proper discussion. Better to encourage this way, rather than asking for people's time and efforts for nothing.

This is a case of the message being lost in translation.

Their stance here basically is "this up to the popularity of the token depending on the community, but the main function of BET is..." similar to any other ERC-20 token, where the main functions are not to be an investment, but actually to do something. Basically dev here is not making any false claims, and the token is free to be listed on any exchange where there is a sufficient interest generated.
