Guys help me out here.
I sent some XSPEC today from cryptopia, I sent just 1 xspec to be sure it worked fine and it didn't work. I have the TxId and my address I sent to. Could u guys help me out? I've already checked the explorer and it doesn't even find my adress. Is there something special I'm missing? To be clear, that one coin is not what I'm worried about I just want to send my other coins to my wallet.

Some people asked before but hasn't got answered, so I'll ask too. How do we get our refunds from the first ICO?
There are no instructions whatsoever and it has gone about 24 hrs. Please respond asap so we don't have to wait another month before we can get our refunds again.

The transaction went very smooth, just curious though. I thought I read that LNC would be distributed one week after the ICO ended but I already got mine.

We will release the contract address tomorrow. You will need ~100,000 gas (at the moment 0.0021 ETH) to buy the token.

I haven't read all the replies in this post but I would like to know if you have published any information about how the ICO will work. For example when will you give us the address so we can prepare, gas and gwei info, contract address and so on. I know there is about 48 hrs left but would still be nice to know this information before the ICO actually starts.
Asking because I bought BTC for about 10 dollars and when I check my ABC wallet I see that the same amount is trending on my transaction tab. This might be a bug or is it because I have my abc wallet on the same computer as my BTC wallet?

If you've tried to withdraw the coins but not been able to do so then you need to contact cryptopia and ask them if they are able to help you with that.
Will Renos be back on exchanges before or after the swap is completely done?

Just want to point out that I made a withdrawal from poloniex june the 12th that was confirmed but never seen in blockchain or my wallet. I received my withdrawal today after the maintenance so I think this might have resolved something? Just want to check if the maintenance helped others aswell.
If I move my RNS to walletv1.renoscoin.com, how long have I seen them on my new wallet.renoscoin.com?

They swap the coins in the order they came in, so the first person who sent coins to the wallet got the swap first and so on. I sent my coins about three days ago and got the swap yesterday. So you should probably wait a day or so.
And to answer your question: No, you should not be worried for now, things like these can take time.

We will be processing the swaps in batches on a FIFO (First in First Out) basis. We will process numerous batches throughout the day.

We are pleased to announce today that we will begin moving forward with the coin swap. We have published new wallets on our github and linked to new wallets in our ANN and on our website.
Please be very careful during this process as a lot of the data from current and new wallets will attempt to store wallet.dat etc. in the same Appdata folder.
I would advise first and foremost to back up your current RNS wallet.dat . From there head over to http://walletv1.renoscoin.com and create an account. Once you have done so you will be given a deposit address. Send your RNS to this provided address. Once received in the web wallet the coins will be locked to prevent withdrawals.
Once you are sure you have received the coins in the web wallet. I would advise to remove the content of your C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\RenosCoin folder (You should have already backed up the wallet.dat file prior to doing this). After removing the content of the folder you can proceed to download the new wallet and sync up to the new chain.
After syncing you can now log in to the web wallet of the NEW chain @ http://wallet.renoscoin.com with the same credentials as before. You can now proceed to withdraw your balance on the new chain to the new RNS wallet.
We have an exchange onboard, we are working with them to get the new wallet updated on their end and I will announce shortly after receiving confirmation from them that the wallet and market is live on their site.
In the event you are making multiple deposits to the web wallet we will be removing previously credited deposits from your old balance:
Example: User sends 300 RNS to https://walletv1.renoscoin.com.
Upon crediting the new wallet https://wallet.renoscoin.com 300RNS we will remove the previous balance of 300 in the old wallet. If you were to log back into the old wallet you will now see a balance of 0.
This will be done to avoid confusion on both the users end and on our end.
Masternode setup documents will be published shortly to provide users guidance on setting up their masternodes.
I will make myself as available as possible during the day to answer questions and help users through the process if needed.
