Consider normal car air filters: They are designed to allow the passage of thousands of CFM and do a great job of filtering very small dust particles. I have used them on std computer cases: Flow isnt restricted at all and not a speck of dust to be seen.
A number of rectangular type air filters can easily be mounted in a frame, or a duct ac be manufactured to it a filter to the intake of each miner.
Oh that's a great idea too! Seems Car stuff is good for many things as it's evolved to have the highest standards.

Nice work! I like the cabling and the tape you used on your heat room. BTW those filters suck balls. I ended up going electrostatic after going through ECO PER 4 from home depot? I think that's what it's called.
Is that mesh on your shutters what you are considering the air filter?
While it looks like it'll keep out bigger debris it won't do anything for filtration purposes. You want to find a home furnace filter style filter sized for that opening. Personally, I'd recommend some form of a washable electrostatic filter since you can get them made to size and they allow for decent airflow compared to big box store furnace filters. They do cost a little more and require cleaning but you won't have to buy disposable filters all the time.
Another thing to keep in mind is that adding these filters will cause drag in your system in terms of airflow. IE the higher the efficiency of the filter the more it restricts airflow through it. This usually means you'll need to compensate by increasing your intake throughput.
We'll see how that holds. I'll order some electrostatic filters. That sounds like a much better idea. Thanks for the tip! So yea we realized we're getting a negative pressure on the cold side, so we're going to build 11 more vents!

Hi Everybody.
Got a 150 asic server farm running, but it gets super dirty on the inside. Setup is a wooden shed, filters on one side, vents on other. Using the hot/cold room method. I'm walling off the front of the shed right now, so that the garage part is sealed. However, I need help picking the right filters. Currently using some 3M filters from Home Depot, but they don't work that well.
