I know Minexcoin story very good and am here from the start but stopped to take close attention when all these scam accusations turned out to be true with all these card companies and lies spread by the Minexcoin team.
Anyways I would like to know if they were entitled to sell this pre-mined MNX at that time or maybe there was a time lock or agreement in the white paper about the team holdings and when they can spend them precisely.
I know that they changed the story a couple of times but somebody who was watched all of this closely should have the answers.
If they were entitled to do this, then despite how extremely bad impact on the price this sell of has, they could do it and despite everything were not the first once which dumped the token just after ICO.
They had a time-lock for 1 year by their statements but looks like they started selling before the 1 year time-lock expired.

i think the mnx team is very sincere and hard working group with great product and a bright future ahead of them. economy x even proposes the idea of voting for the personnel in charge of coin. who else has done that?

They tricked ICO investors, didnt do anything from the Whitepaper, lied about partnerships etc. You call this a sincere and hard-working team? And what products? Voting has been done with many coins. For example Komodo. You get votes depending on how many coins you hold. You can then vote for Notary election. So MNX is again copy pasting ideas from another projects.

Think about it, to go from +$70 to $0.05 at a that rate of decline is unbelievable. A total disaster for investors. How can Boris and what remains of his team even think that their association with Republia/Paxchain and any future project will not be revealed to the crypto community? Their names will be made known everywhere on the scam alert threads so people never ever put their trust in these scammers again.

On thursday there should be some "BIG" news posted on TG channel. Boris left 2 supports to take the beating from the community and now he is laying low somewhere in Ukraine.

Demolition man Boris is a complete and utter joke. His failures show him to be an incompetent fool. When he said Minexcoin failure is because of investors seeking quick profits he is way off the mark.
There is no deal with any VISA or Mastercard authorised program manager and there never will be. Minex is a dried-up project with no money and no positive media.

I just watch a few minutes, only some justification.
Problem is that,by theirs own admission, these cards will not be branded - again,so Minexpay will use some other company as a cover for its activities ,like it used lithuanian company UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS for UPAY services. Chinese do not allow that as well ,so it will fail again at the same point as before.
Second problem is that Stylopay,despite it says how they have offices in UK and US are not registred as a payment processor in UK or US. They are not in FCA and Fincen register at all. Most likely ,Stylopay has account at some registred payment processor(s) and conducting transactions for third parties via its own account - that was exactly doing the scammer from Novarise Secrecy with whom Boris has a contract for payment cards issuing in October.That is not allowed either in UK or US.
What is really dissapointing is that Boris proved utterly unable to do work on legal way,following neccessary regulations and laws.Three times he turned to some shady,scammy guys for help in getting payment cards on easy way, instead to do things right.
Judging by Boris background in Construction business then its no wonder he tries to find shady deals as construction business is filled with shady contractors like Boris. They dont know how to do things right, they only know illegal ways to swindle money from customers and rip off sub-contractors. Hence the attitude towards this project.

Thanks for the update. Crypto is back to the greens again. Why is MNX still under $1? Is it the end of the project that I trusted so much? It really hurts to see my huge amount of money drop in this way.

It is heading for the $0.10 mark much sooner than expected.
The Minexcoin scam is nearly dead, the scammers have siphoned-off funds and left this project for dead.
The faster this shit goes to 0, the better off crypto sphere will be. One scam less for people to fall for.

Minexsystems now looks abandoned,like a plane where pilot-Boris took golden parachute and jumped ,left plane to fly on autopilot. I think they are talking about Instabuy - which they temporarily suspended about 9 hours ago(last transaction from Instabuy).Market became so thin after relentless dumping.

Upay didnt do much. Customer service told to contact merchant(Chain2pay). I dont see any point contacting them as they are peddeling this scam.
Sent an email to Mastercard inquiring info about this "scheme". Lets see if and when they anwser.
Upaycard customer service is wrong address. You should contact Upaycard Legal Inquires ,because it is not merchant problem.It is rules and regulations breaking, due illegal using of another company account ,hiding true beneficial owner and giving false residence data about card users.
Minexpay is illegally using UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS account as theirs own for sending business payment cards and talking fees for that from card owners.Just give them picture below:
