Nice spacers btw, mine are just a few peaces of wood. Smiley

Mine are just 4 carpenter's pencils painted black & epoxied together Cheesy

Pardon my noobness but.. why is it some configs need dummy plugs on the gpus...
You need just one dummy on one card if you are not using a monitor. Once upon a time u needed on all cards because MSI Afterburner wouldn't clock cards with no monitors.

I couldn't get the drivers working without plugs.  I'd already made them all and attached em, so I just let them be  Smiley

I've posted my rigs before, but here is my PC:

Here is a pic of 3 of my rigs (one is disassembled)

It was your rig that inspired me to build this (I've posted this a few pages back).
So a big thanks to you sir! Cheesy

Right.  Here are pictures of my Prototype.  I called him...ALPHA! (2.9GH/s)

I then created his identical twin BETA (2.9GH/s)

Not long after I built with leftovers, his slightly SPECIAL cousin GAMMA (1.4GH/s)

These pictures are of ALPHA, just after construction stage.

The case is made from an standard Australian Milk Crate.  One of those babies perfectly fits 4 x Radeon 5970s.

I love milk crates and your projects. They don't get too hot?

No Way!  All the holes makes for great heat dissipation, plus having the cards all lengthways sucks airflow the right way.

Here is some more info...

I have to sell my 2nd last casascius coin.
I sold my last one for BTC1.45 (it was a 2011 error coin)

The conditions are...
-Australia only
-Trusted users
-Time will End When I wake up Wednesday morning (QLD Time)

Otherwise I'm going to rip the hologram off! (I really don't want to:)

Yes, my pm to you was blocked by your filter. I sent a dm to MJ. I also had prior business with MJ a few months back.

I sent a message thru twitter (no fb) as AceRich.

Confirmed. Also send a message to MJ. Will continue to talk via twitter or something else

My bid is still on the table. I'm waiting on confirmation from DZ.

Oh yep, you definitely won  Smiley
BTC1.45

I’ll start planning delivery once escrow is setup with minerjones.

Where in the USA do you live. I plan on delivery by hand.

I tried to PM you, but because you’re a newbie I can’t. I’ve asked MJ to post escrow info for you.

Need to find a way to communicate. Try adding me as a fb friend www.facebook.com/DobZombie/ ?
And then let me know on here when you do

Happy to escrow for this coin free of charge Cheesy

Cheers MJ!

The winning bid will have the pay into escrow within a few days so I can book the plane tickets. That’s the only caveat I have, I’ll be leaving for the US between the 12th-18th of December

Travelling to NYC is fine. I’ll be heading to Colorado and possibly New England.

The first place I’ll be going is delivering that coin.

i know travelling is painful, ill pay hand to hand, 1.5 BTC if personal delivered to NYC. If not, im out guys. Its all yours.

I’ve not checked in a few day with apologies. I’ve been away from home for a few days trying to help dad communicate (he has a tracheotomy and can’t talk and weak and can’t write from being week. Still in ICU recovery)

Well, it looks like you may have won! It’s nearly 1st of December all over the world so I’ll check if anything changes overnight.

Amazing coin Dob,

so, would you personally take it to NZ / Wellington?

IF it doesn't sell, I've got a deal in place to trade the 2012 coin in NZ. I'm ecstatic someone is willing to prevent a piece of Bitcoin history get ruined! and I'll be meeting another Bitcoineer IRL for the first time.

Then Off to Colorado to get some other coins graded. It'll be my first holiday in 4 years. I've been on a pension since MY spine busted, travelling is painful for me. But I need to get away from it all for a while...

I've got to get some cash together to give mum. Dad's been in the ICU for 2 weeks now (after nearly losing after a double bypass surgery), and mum being part of Australia's casualised work force she doesn't get any paid leave. That's just shitty for a 62yo to bear. Plus she had to do it in a private hospital, Because if he went public, he probably would have died waiting for the surgery or died on the table.
END RANT  Roll Eyes

Anyway, thank you, Casascius made some lovely coins. The last one I would ever sell is the 2012 1oz silver and gold stripes. it's beautiful!
