The coin in circulation is much will not allow the coin to grow to appreciable price. It will remain very low. The owner has a very big job to do to push and promote this coin.
And how can you even promote this coin, why do you need it at all? The most incomprehensible for me in the market is the dogecoin in which people invest for some reason. Why? It seems to me that if you invest in a project that is one that has prospects for growth and development of new technologies!
The innovation that no other coins have is that while others have renewed their wallets and coins a hundred times because of problems. DogeCoin worked on one purse for almost 3 years without problems with the network, payment, commission, booty and purse. When a thing is done well it does not require frequent updates.
Tell me which crypto-currencies which, at a cost of more than a billion dollars, work for 3 years on one not updated purse without problems with the coin, the network, payments, transfers, commission and other matters? Dogecoin is a very stable and reliable coin from 2013! Why redo something that works well?
The main functions of DogeCoin as a measure of value, medium of circulation, means of payment, means of accumulation.
There are no fantastic and ephemeral tasks in DogeCoin that are not applicable in reality as in other coins, which is basically a hoax for attracting hamste

There's a very early prototype of this at , however it hit the problem of transaction malleability. SegWit finally solves that, but the process for enabling SegWit is incompatible with AuxPoW. We can fix that but it require a hard fork. Seeing the pattern here?
So; 1.14 is 90% done, and mostly requires a lot of testing. 1.15 forward compatibility tests should start soon, although 1.15 will probably not actually be released. 1.16 should include the hard forks for AuxPoW/SegWit compatibility and Doge/Ethereum bridges together.

Was anyone around back then? What was the general opinion of it?
If I am right the first altcoin was a Litecoin. Telling more it is the first fork of Bitcoin and maybe currency that one of the most developed and mined by users around the world. Litecoin show stable price results for a long time, this is good investment.

Agree, someone has just dumped a massive amount of all altcoins in general. But now DOGE price back to usual. They got a huge of cheap coin during that crash and now this time for them making profits. We should be cautious.
I do not understand how the crypto-currency-meme, created for the sake of a joke, can have billions of dollars of capitalization ?? No technology, no ideas for yourself ... Инновация которой нету у других монет заключается в том, что пока другие сто раз обновляли свои кошельки и коины из-за проблем. DogeCoin работал на одном кошельке почти 3 года без проблем с сетью, оплатой, комиссией, добычей и кошельком. Когда вещь сделана хорошо она не требует частых обновлений.
Скажите мне какие крипто-валюты которые при стоимости более миллиарда долларов работают 3 года на одном не обновленном кошельке без проблем с монетой, сетью, выплатами, переводами, комиссией и другими делами? Догекоин очень стабильная и надежная монета с 2013 года! Зачем переделывать то, что и так работает хорошо?
