They probably replied only with a list of IPs because well, they don't have an english speaking support. Whenever I ask something to support the reply is either barely understandable or very short and too dull. A russian friend of mine on the other hand says that the support is fine and explains everything right to the point.

My friend djdave got hacked and 24 btc was stolen from btc-e on the 20th/04/2013

We have sent an email regarding this to support with all the detail including the address that it was transfred out to

What is happening about returning his funds Huh?

So you sent us a log of IP address's what are we supposed to do with this

When are you going to return funds of 24btc to djdave account Huh

What are they supposed to do? Pay from their own pocket just because your friend got hacked? It's not their responsibility.

How does the international wire withdrawal work on btc-e? Do you have to provide loads of documents like officially translated passport and utility bills? Or is it painless?

Do they have wire withdrawals ? Me, they just referred to OKPay.

No they have wire transfer and OKPay shown as separate options. There used to be Western Union option but they removed it now I guess. So my question is, are any documents needed with wire withdrawal (like the painful proccess on mtgox)?

Hi, I have one extra copy of each and I would like to sell them for btc. We can use escrow like bitmit or something similar, I also accept mtgox codes and direct transfer. These games are steam gifts and are NOT region locked or limited in any way.

$40 each, $75 if you buy both
