My tracking number (already sent another ticket, posting here as well) says that the package has been delivered to my location (not disclosing) but I have not received it. It says it was delivered here like an hour ago, does that mean its inbound to my house or what?

I am able to log into my account and place orders.. however I will hold off placing any new orders until things are cleared up just in case. I still have one order waiting to ship.

Just got another order in the mail yesterday so I know they are still shipping! 
I have got 99% of my orders so far. last one hasn't shipped yet as I special ordered an item so that takes time.

My experience with Amagi metals was cowardice. Utter cowardice. And ignorance. I believe they think that the US Government is their friend. Here to protect them. From people who don't want to give their real phone numbers out and buy gold with bitcoin to fund such projects as "Chicken Lunch" and "Groupon Frozen Yogurt". Like me.

average for my orders so far have been 3-4 weeks. I have 2 outstanding orders that I don't expect to see until end of this month. Some items were pre-order as well.

I have placed a few orders with Amagi. Customer service is great and responded promptly to any and all questions I have asked. I give them a 10/10 for that! Shipping times are slow which is okay with me as long as I get my order. Its not like I am going to do anything other than store the Gold / Silver in my safe. As long as it makes it to me I am happy. I understand there are delays because I am sure they don't stock all the gold / silver on hand and have to go to their dealer to acquire it.
They are currently looking into a custom order of gold for me which I am hopeful they will come through and I will further update on that matter later.
So for now I will continue to order from them. I have 2 outstanding orders just recently placed and expect them to get to me in a few weeks (One order has pre-order items on it)
