Secondly, i do not understand by word "Block" ?  If the account is blocked, because of any issue on the sellers part, you will not be able to withdraw the funds, if the seller can't withdraw himself. So what's the use of buying that account ?
There are personal messages for questions, and just to write something is ugly.  You litter a topic where people could see reviews, not your questions and my answers.  As a matter of principle, I will not answer in the topic, only in private messages and only on sensible questions.  And not by type - "If your account has less than $ 1000, then you won't take it?" Or "What is the point of buying such accounts for you?"  The topic contains the minimum balance for buying your account, if the topic exists, then it makes sense and benefits for us.

Have experience?  Or just a guess?   What you talk about usually happens to people who sell empty verified accounts. The topic is where you need it.  Anyone who has encountered an account or balance blocking first wants to know how to unblock, and not about who to sell the account to.

LBC is scamming its users! - Of course not all users, otherwise they nobody will use them anymore. - But I have some other friends they also get scammed by LBC(yes LBC, not the users on LBC).

LBC have stolen me 2 BTC, they are soo evil.
