I have a quick and dirty fix to the PSU problem.
Some of these units draw air from inside the case and there is a blade stacked up right against it.
In these cases unscrew your PSU, flip it, and then make a cutout of the case to accomodate the fan side. Or just leave the lid open a bit.

Not having fun with these.
Had to drill the screws to plug in the stupid ribbon cable. Had to take out a fan to get there. Internal ethernet cable is busted, had to replace it. Everything inside is covered in spooge. All the cards are loose and shaky.
Now Im stuck at 0gh/s. anyone have any ideas?

This happened to me. Re-flash the firmware from the Bitmain webpage if you havent already (grab the latest one). fired right up after for me.
I already did that. Having cooling issues now. Seems like if any module touches 63C the entire thing shuts down.

Nope, still half speed
Be sure to do a complete power-down re-start
Only other thing I can think of is power, but i am sure you have tested and ruled that out first right?

I think one card on each miner is dead.

I have had every problem with this unit. Bad Display, bad screws, bad internal ethernet cable, not hashing for hours, everything covered in spooge, bad PSU.

S2 shuts down, no power.
Check breakers, all are fine.
Toggle switch, no life.
Change plugs, no life
Change circuits, no life.
Change rooms same circuit, now it works.
Go back to original plug, now it works.
What the fuck is wrong with this equipment lol.

Aaaaaaaaand its dead again.
Power to it went off.
All lights are dark. Screen is dark.

I am sorry. Normally I would be able to help but I just did not do anything meaningful and it started working.
Hostname antMiner
Protocol Static
IP address is unique and open
Netmask is 255.255.255.0
Gateway is 192.168.1.1 which is what I set my modem to.
DNS servers to 8.8.8.8
I flashed to the new firmware
I removed every single card and reseated them
I had one loose ribbon cable. I fixed it.
I powered down and back up a few times.

Im looking right in the GUI, not on my pools website.
once you get it updated to the current firmware dated april 10, theres a DIAGNOSTICS tab in the Network config that lets you ping, traceroute, and nslookup.
When i hit ping it just says "ping bitmaintech.com"
And nothing else.
At least your hardware error rate is zero 
Haha. But on a serious note, try it with only one module ? Does the green light blinks on any of the modules ?
Its the same as all my other machines. Is that wrong?
There is one blinking blue LED by the ethernet port cable.
There is a solid green LED on the middle card in the center of the rig.

There are 2 solid red LEDs on the bott board where all of the other boards plug into. They are between cards 3 and 4 from the top, and 3 and 4 from the bottom.
Some of the cards are piping hot. Some are not.
