It’s a general reply for all the issues against them that related to sportsbook.

Probably one or some of your bets are on the fixed matches that makes your account flagged as availing match fixing. I’m sure there’s a lot of player place bet on this specific match so there’s some thorough investigation happening on all the account with connection.

Just wait patiently until they finished the investigation.
ok thanks but can he tell the estimated time cause its has been a week and the amount is also not to big

Like Wapfika said, it's their general reply for current cases against them. Noah reached me regarding the post too, and told me that I can refer and quote that post in general for current and future cases. So, hopefully, that post as an answer doesn't include you.

I've also nudge someone from Shuffle to address the matter. They'll address the matter soonest they can.

did you contacted anyone from shuffle foor the case ?

Hi guys, I’ve seen a few of these sports-related scam accusation threads popping up recently so I’d like to give the community some context. There has been a recent spate in match fixing in sports, in both top tier leagues and shittier ones. All of the players that I’ve checked have been involved in some form in betting on these fixed matches.

It has gotten to the point where it is ridiculously egregious. Our approach will continue to be heavy-handed until these people betting on fixed matches realise that we have zero tolerance for it. A lot of gambling forums and review sites will refuse to touch sports-related issues because it’s rife with people like this complaining that sportsbooks are locking them up for betting on fixed matches - there is good reason for this.

Hope that helps, please feel free to quote this message in response to the next fixed match bettor who comes to the forum to complain.

sir, can you cheak my account i have not done anything wrong in betting i have just betted on us open tennis and i dont. think these matchs are fixed or anything what is the solution now  i have email them multiple times still no responce i am damm sure i havnt done anything wrong please see it @ndumm what is the solution at the moment of my funds you guys are still cheaking my account or anything else and why the live chat and email support both are ghosting me from a week

Do you avail some random tipster claiming from fixed match and guaranteed profit? Shuffle will not easily freeze your account if your account doesn’t show a pattern of bets same from fixed match accused account.

@Ndumm do the OP account has multiple bet on fixed matches? This clarification will help us understand what’s the scale of this fixed match damage on sportsbook industry.

OP, was your withdrawal come after a big win? I'll nudge Tim and see if he can expedite the review process from their finance department and get it through. Or at least inform us why the long delay for relatively small amount.

my winning comes from very small small matchs

⚠️ SCAM ALERT: Shuffle.com – $600 WITHDRAWAL STUCK IN REVIEW ⚠️

Hello everyone,

I want to report my bad experience with Shuffle.com.

I requested a withdrawal of $600 about 1 week ago.

The status is still showing "in review" and no payment has been processed.

Shuffle support asked me to complete KYC verification, which I did successfully 7 days ago.

Even after completing KYC, the withdrawal is still not processed.

I have tried contacting live chat support many times but get no real response.

I also sent emails to their support team, but I have not received any replies.

At this point, it feels like Shuffle.com is intentionally delaying or blocking withdrawals.
I am posting here so that other community members are aware and to ask Shuffle.com to give a clear response and release my funds.

This behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly warn others to be careful before depositing money into Shuffle.com
