I like the fact, as stated that the project has already been substantially "de-risked" by having a working product in beta.

They have now shipped their platinum MCO Visa cards to Singapore and they are being used.
They have recently announced MCO cards coming to the USA and have nominated their partner which is public knowledge.
Next EU then the rest of the world.
As the company continues to go from strength to strength posters like this get shown up for what they are and practically ALL their posts about topics lose credibility as there is evidence and proof everywhere that they are full of it and just post out of hate not substance.
Even now there is building a solid base on how Crypto.com (MCO Card) have continued to progress since ICO as other companies have fallen by the wayside, this is now verifiably one of the more resilient crypto companies around by the simple fact they are still here for starters let alone now leading their field for innovative crypto card features.

This is just a sign, other locations in other countries would no doubt be doing similar. But am very happy to be seeing my country doing something.
Monaco VISA card project is so pathetic. The whitepaper made clear it was for VISA crypto card but those scammers spent millions on useless promotions and including purchasing the crypto.com domain and useless apps.

Monaco are now in the process of trialing working cards in multiple jurisdictions.
It has been a long road (For some) but they have done a lot in a short amount of time.
Having forged relationships with many premier crypto exchanges in preparation of their product rollout they are approaching a major milestone which will be shipping cards.
A massive amount of work has been done by the MCO team in increasing the token utility and the benefits that will be on the platform as well as ongoing improvement and development of the product. The team has been rapidly expanding. Current there are 85,000 reservations and over 1 million MCO tokens locked up and this is without major marketing for the cards yet commencing.

Possibly, but having invested since January 2017 and then seeing how many are actually close to having real products, how many are still stumbling along and how many have disappeared, my advice would be to either do some very serious research before investing in the current crop (There will be winners but harder to pick).
You could wait until next year, by which time several law actions would have come to fruition against bad ICO's, regulatory authorities will have more concrete policies and penalties waiting for unscrupulous ICO's and media outlets will have also become more discerning as to what they are peddling with respect to ICO's.
Otherwise, you could stick with ICO's/Coins/tokens that are most of the way or almost to the market with their product since they have moved on from ICO and have proven they are still able and committed to achieving their original ICO goals.

Currently most altcoin purchases have to go through either BTC or ETH, once there are more direct options for purchase, this unbalanced stranglehold will dissipate.
One company looking at bringing in the larger non-crypto public via their payments platform is MONACO and part of their premise will negate the direct purchase of BTC/ETH before you are able to buy altcoins.
MONACO App and Card is aimed at bridging several gaps that are currently impeding public take-up of cryptocurrency, (Costs, ease of use etc) being some.

Not sure if you want to put US 50,000 all up into one coin. Anyway my suggestion is to take a good look at Monaco (MCO), they are in a very good position where in the next few months they will be rolling out their crypto app/card to the masses.
