Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS

Why does this coin always dump SOOO much harder than other coins when BTC is going up or down... most other alts maintained their value in satoshi or have since gained slightly (only the coins that saw significant 400-500% growth recently are down in sats like XLM, ADA, TRX etc). Stratis see's moderate, organic growth, but then dumps the hardest out of most alts Sad add to that the ICO launch coming up in a few weeks I'm not sure why we're not at 200k+ yet.

Guys I am short period holder, bought Stratis with the idea that the price will spike in December but the market says otherwise, I have different coins to enter shall I wait or sell? Any advise?
I think it still will, sidechain alpha is important milestone as well as identity app.

Does any other platform orientated project even have working side chains yet? This is a huge accomplishment and not at all reflected in the price.

WTF is wrong with ppl ? Strat released today very good news, exiciting news, and price dropped down from 0.00068 to 0.00064 ...

whales accumulating more?

Whales are always accumulating STRAT. Wink Also noobs are selling, weak hands are selling. Just don't worry about these short term fluctuations. I assure you STRAT will be at over 0.002btc in January.  Cool

If this happened I would finally be back in a position where I gained from investing in Stratis in terms of Satoshi's heh (bought in around 130k sats back in April or June?).

It's a bit disappointing to see Stratis dump harder than other alts during that bitcoin dip though when you consider that Stratis was only sitting at +2% today before the dip while other alts are sitting at 30% or more...

Most important thing is that STRAT needs to be listed in many more exchanges.
You can't reach 6BN market cap with 5 exchanges from where 2 of them have more than 70% of transaction. Of course that is easy to manipulate.
Adding strat to other exchanges will be exact what we will need to increase naturally and mooning like others in times like this.
When you see EOS a coin about nothing and LSK a coin without a product mooning  , and watch at STrat and see a good product behind and struggling to not dropping down.....
Is Strat manipulated? I think yes

Cardano reached a $15b market cap being only available on Binance and Bittrex... so it is very possible and doesn't make sense for Stratis to only have a $1.3b market cap given the current market conditions.

In anycase, if Stratis is launching ICO's in Asia, it makes logical sense for the coin to be tradable on the big asian exchanges... this is something that needs to happen asap considering ICO's are only a month away.

How the **** is pepecash worth more than this Huh Sad

The current alt market is booming like you wouldn't believe... I would have expected more on the eve of the dapp store release. This market is so dumb. This should be a 500m project right now. It's as if someone is trying to keep the price down, whenever there is any upper movement a huge dump happens (been observing this pattern for weeks now)Sad

Slowly but surely Stratis start to gain support again. It is really just a matter of achieving certain milestones to rev up where Stratis should belong.. on top 10.

Need 6 billion market cap - 60$ prise. = I do not think that without Korean or Chinese exchanges this is possible now.

Yet I don't see why this shouldn't be a $5-$6b  project right now up there with NEO. Stratis really needs to be listed on the big asian exchanges like coinone bitthumb etc. Stratis is launching the ICO for a Chinese company, why would this company choose Stratis over NEO? Stratis must be a significantly better platform for them to choose a UK company instead of a Chinese one. I'm convinced that someone or a group is deliberately holding down the price, just look at the charts, whenever any significant upper traction begins, a huge amount of coins are dumped. Either they are trying to keep the price down to accumulate more (unlikely imo considering how much time there has been to accumulate already) or it is some kind of attack against Stratis, intended to keep interest away by keeping the price down. Even Lisk is significantly out performing Stratis without any news/releases and they are further behind on development (not ready to launch ICO's yet). It doesn't make any sense.

Is this a good time to buy it? What are the lower limits and profits of staking?

Wait two weeks for it to crash to $3. You can buy then!

Thanks for replying. I will keep track of its price.

IMO if Stratis does not end this month well, it will severely struggle until projects start launching ICO's. Personally I bought in at $2 so I'm not super worried (other than lost gains in other better performing coins). If the development project releases this month are a success though the coin could see nice gains for the remainder of the month (depending on the quality of side chains announcements and any rumours on smart contracts for January).

It won't. This is literally the final thing they have going for them this year as far as investor interest is concerned. It will sink very fast after that.

The only reason it's up this much is because people have been waiting for Breeze since June. Watch the sell walls on the 11th!

This team and project are quickly becoming obscure. Nobody cares anymore. They are going crazy because all their 'work' is going down the toilet.

Their Slack is pathetic as well. I'm on it right now and they are only accepting people after a discriminating process where they select only certain types of people. It's fucking disgusting!

How did you survive the cull? I was on Slack for months since early this year but my account has been recently deactivated despite being a long term Strat investor (this has annoyed me a little tbh).

Trolls are on fire into this thread this is under huge attack but price will still rising I hope before release of most awaiting mainnet it will break the new ATH easily. This time in satoshi we need to touch 100k and this create new record.
100k satoshi is definitely not a new record, in satoshi at least Wink

For Stratis to reach a new record in Satoshi's that marketcap would need to go to about $5.5b. This could be achievable by end of 2018, but I highly doubt Bitcoin will stay at the same price Smiley.

why dont i access to register slack - http://slackinvite.stratisplatform.com/?

I think the Stratis team closed off registration for slack a while back due to spamming.  Try sending a PM to Krushang in the original post with your email and he can send you an invite.  All the Stratis team members are very active in there.

I just realized my Slack account has been deactivated Sad I've been keeping tabs on the activity for months as a moderate Stratis investor Sad

I guess the joke is on us idiots.

I challenge you to find a coin that is mooning right now that is not an obvious scam/shit coin.

Stratis can not get out of 52k, somebody does not want stratis to grow

those people will pump strat when the breeze starts, also today they'll launch their ICO net so it's gonna be difficult keeping it low

Unfortunately Bitcoin has ruined any momentum this may have caused Sad. It would take something pretty extraordinary for Stratis to break away from the sea of red during this Bitcoin turbulence.

Stratis now considered as under value/ Cheap.

on 5th June it is 439.000 satoshi
and now only 6x.000
if it grow 100-200% still lower than price on 5th of June

there is plenty room to grow. and also the announcement of upcoming Masternode will attract more people to buy

You seem to be forgetting that in June Bitcoin was like $3000.... this makes no sense. Stratis only needs to be about 100k sats to reach the ATH, not 450k because Bitcoin went up more than 4x since June.

28-30th Nov    : Blockchain Expo at Silicon Valley
30th Nov         : Test ICO Platform at Expo
Identity IOS App next week
1st Dec      : Stratis Academy Platform
11th Dec    : Breeze Wallet with Tumblebit
18th Dec    : Full Node Alpha Release

This 2 release will be the keystone for Stratis.. Tumblebit technology is awesome, a disruptive innovation in this industry. I think we will soon have a new ath and maybe yes, we can go back to the billion club

Is Tumblebit really as big as it seems to be? It can make Bitcoin transactions anonymous (there is clearly a huge market for this looking at the valuation of coins like zcash/monero/dash). For zcash, shielded addresses is not in effect yet but it is something they are working on, for monero this is default (all addresses are shielded and thus by knowing an address you cannot know how many coins are associated with that address).

Does tumblebit do anything other than hide the transaction amount? Ie if you know the sender address and the receiver address, you can still see how many coins are associated with the address and could (in theory) infer how many coins were transacted? If this is so, how will it compete with say Monero (or zcash in the future if they solve some critical problems) which is already capable of completely anonymous transactions with shielded addresses? How heavy on resources with it be (ie would it be able to deal with the volume monero currently has)? I guess this would depend on how many masternodes are up.

6 years for a swap, it's awful long for a crypto currency.
Why did this information appear only now ? Many people bought your signatum. Once again, the developers deceived their community.
Now in the discord from the developers only mockery, disgusting.

If you bought signatum before the details were clarified that's your fault... why gamble on speculation?

Change the rules during the game ... Investors beware of these guys.

What rules did they change? They never clarified the details of the swap. Sig price rose purely due to speculation, not the devs fault that people were speculating. This is what needed to be done for ensure the integrity of the STRAKS network (imagine the horror of all of the coins from sig swap being dumped). Not sure why people think the devs owe signatum investors anything, they're just trying to help them out a little.

I dont understand this complains and FUD at all.

Compare to our experience with many alcoins and their price prediction + plus compare to the cost of nicehash cost  - 1 STRAKS should cost 0.0004 BTC or highter.

So, you will get atleast 100% profit if you will buy sigt now and swap it later. SO why you complain Huh Devs give you a chance to make 100-300%  profit - ust buy sigt till it cost below 1000-1500 sat.

This is good oppotunity to gain profit - you just cant realise how to use it. Dont mine Straks, "mine" it by buying sigt.

Definitely not. Why? Because the market will be flooded with 30 million odd coins. Money doesn't just appear from nowhere... for you to make money someone else has to lose money, just the nature of the market.

Also the reason I'm complaining is because I'm not a greedy ignoramus looking for the next pump and dump. It sounds like you don't care about this coin at all, you're just looking to make a quick buck. It is NOT good for the long term sustainability/community of this coin to not have a strong mining community and to have most of the power in the hands of people who owned some complete unrelated coin.
