No one including him (from what I can see) said you scammed him and so he was customer from hell  .... so what?  He didn't like your product or how it worked.  Shit happens. Had you simply only done what you did (refund him which was the right thing) and walked away you wouldn't have generated all these messages.  Obviously you have never worked face to face with people in sales or you wouldn't make it to day 2.  LOL  Good luck!

WOW!  Talk about "prejudice".  Just because someone doesn't write like you, or agree with you they are "ignorant?"  By the way, 3/4 of the Discord (and Telegram users as well) on these and other forums like this who SELL THINGS are indeed scammers.  Personally I wouldn't and never did use either or them.  For general "real" discussion topics it may be useful.  Interesting book from 1998 you might want to pick up and read:  https://www.amazon.com/How-Win-Friends-Influence-People/dp/0671027034  as it might help you in the future dealing with people who may not agree with you.

support ticket where  no links on your crappy website works.  tried discord wasn't able to use anything there either there was no place to type a message there in #support.  tried creating ticket was not able to  but if it is like your website it sucks too.
