I want a way that I can make transactions in satoshis.
I'd rather pay for 1,000 satoshis than pay for 1 bitcoin. I've already made decimal point level mistakes with transactions.
500 USD for 100 Million satoshis is a steal but sending 3 Million satoshis instead of 300,000 satoshis is a bummer.

Check out the charts in the link for some extra data http://bitcoinity.org/markets (unfortunately it's only based on mtgox data so ya don't see volumes from that Chinese site)
While there are exchanges, what India could really use is a transaction site similar to coinbase but better. I don't trust coinbase because thanks to it, 0.12 btc of mine is missing.
A service where users can buy (say 200 INR minimum) or store bitcoins would be nice and the option for businesses to sell goods or services via that site as a payment processor.
My programming skills hasn't reached the level where I can successfully create an app with a database or I'd try to start something like that.

I may be giving a donation in btc to World Vision India since I'm not interested in actively managing/securing my btc.
I have 19.913373 PPC in my ppc wallet. What can I get in BTC for that amount? Please answer only if you are willing to exchange.
Btw, don't ever try to exchange btc for humble bundle games. The onsite exchange system for btc is messed up and they lost the BTC that I transferred to 'em.

Ever tried menthol sprays?? Most of us use it after havin a smoke.. keeps the bad breath at bay. U can give that a try ..
That might work. I've not used any type of spray on myself (apart from colognes/EDTs) since I noticed body sprays gave me a rash over a decade ago.
Benson smoking for a looong time.. it would definitely be difficult to decrease let alone quit without the withdrawl symptoms. Patches and gums do wonders for short term smokers.. long term theres not much a doc can do except tell u its extremely bad considering we come across cases of oral cancers almost daily and believe me things dont look pretty. So a personal advice to all members. If your a chronic smoker try reducing slowly. Newbies.. stay away as far as you can from cigarettes espc gold flakes and cheap ones. They are mostly fake and increase the chances of u gettin cancer multifold. I hope you guys will heed my advice..

I'm actually looking for a way to ingest more menthol (I think menthol helps me stay calm or sedated.) I've tried having menthol travel sweets but there's too much sugar and additives.
I thought about e-cigarettes because they seem to be safe but yea, there is a risk of cancer or something else just as bad happening.
My brother had one of these.. imo better to chew 50 paise menthol than buy this.. i personally hate it..

Why so negative? It's almost the same attitude that some banks may have to bitcoin.
There might be some advantage to smoking nicotine free vapors. I'd have to experiment which e-juice is the best quality and don't make the surroundings stink.

I'll probably get a nicotine free e-cigarette. It could actually be healthy breathing mentholated vapors that don't have nicotine in them.
Edit: The VGO kit looks good on http://www.smokefree.in/ but I don't know anyone who's tried an e-cigarette.

I'd rather see a coin with a market cap of 100 lakh crore coins than 1 crore coins. The larger the number of coins, the less decimal places are needed (I'd rather buy a game for 1000 coins than .0001 coins.)

*Question out of topic, why is it that india being one of the largest software industry in the world, still manages to lag being China in terms community driven open source projects?*
China's current approach to communism may be why there is a culture where community driven projects has surpassed the rest of the world at least in cryptos.

Check out ChinaCoin/CHN which has almost instant transactions and is slightly better thought out than ftc.
Having a DesiCoin with instant transactions and maybe proof of stake could be what India needs. I've bartered with cryptos but I've yet to make a direct purchase.

Yeah Paul's one, the don't mine.me is the go to pool at the moment. I would avoid mnlan, check the main thread for that pool many are suspicious of payout problems(OP has/had by his own admission around 5000 coins that the pool didn't distribute correctly)
Today's the first day I tried P2Pooling. Pay out is much higher than what I got in mnlan even though it took about 3 hours for the payment (I didn't receive the payout before my earlier post so I thought 0.17 cnc an hour was ok) to show up in the cnc client.
http://chn.mnlan.net/ is back up. It's paid to my wallet. I get about 0.17 cnc for an hour's worth of hashing at 230Kh/s.

After the pool got back up, I seem to be getting a lot of rejects with a job not found error. I hope it clears up.
