Considering that Hush is still only available on Cryptopia. I'm just really wondering if the developer actually did make the request for their coin to be available on more exchanges.
You would think more exposure is better.
It's going to sound like a weird question but, is there any advantage for a developer to have his coin only listed in an easily manipulable small exchange?

I think if you have questions like this you should join their slack channel and ask them directly. You will get your answers almost immediately (how many other projects are you able to do that?). Everything I have seen out of this team has shown me they are a good, honest group of people who truly care about this project and want it to be tremendously successful. If you are looking for a quick profit, look in other directions. However, if you are looking for a long term hold I think HUSH is a winner.

Can someone help me understand (if i wanted to sell my WGR tokens) how to do it? I have the Waves Lite client and I am in the DEX but it is not giving me an option to pair WGR with neither BTC or WAVES. I am not getting any green check marks for WGR tokens....what am I doing wrong?

Crazy thought I know but maybe stop relying on others for answers you can easily find on your own. Whitepaper links, wallet links, slack, website, etc are generally on PAGE 1 of any announcement thread.

I'm trying to understand Waves a bit better. Could somebody give me a couple of real world situation where waves is the perfect coin to solve the problem?

A good use case is where a business wants to focus on the business side of things making use of tokens in their business model for one or other reason. The business wants to focus on business matters and does not want to worry about coding of wallets, issues with mining, looking after chains etc. With Waves those mundane matters are outsourced to the Waves platform where the Waves ecosystem takes care of it.

What is the difference between sending HUSH to my public address vs private address?
The main difference between a public (T) and private (Z) address is just that. With public addresses you can see all the details on the block explorer. With private addresses, a third party is unable to determine your transactions or balance.
