You can store Digibyte using Coinomi on your Android phone but I personally don't use wallets on phones unless keyed to my Trezor. Trezor will support Digibyte one day but not in the next month or two most likely. Ledger Nano S and Blue already support Digibyte.

I haven't asked Trezor support about Digibyte yet, but I did ask KeepKey and they sent this to me:

Thank you for your message! At this point, DigiByte is on our radar. I do not have an ETA for DigiByte support at this time. We realize the importance of new additions such as these, and we hope to have support in the future. We are currently working toward support for ERC20 tokens and many more will follow. Please stay tuned to our blog and Twitter for exciting new announcements!

Links to the patent applications on the USPTO website are in this forum somewhere, so it's all public information. AFAIK, he has only applied in the US.

He has filed outside the US too:

Incorrect.

When you place an order on Etherdelta, no one pays a fee until the order is fulfilled, or you purposely cancel the order.
Expiring unfulfilled orders are not subject to fees.

Thanks for the correction.  I haven't ever let an order run so long that it expired.  I've always cancelled them when the market turned a direction I didn't like.

Bittrex supports a lot of tokens. Why Veritas is not?

My take on it is that VERI is all about peer-to-peer, and most of the exchanges are centralized.  EtherDelta is decentralized.  I'm guessing the centralized exchanges don't want to support something that ultimately will make them obsolete.  With that said, I think there is one advantage to centralization, which is with respect to the fees when placing orders.  When you place an order on EtherDelta, you need to pay a fee regardless of whether the order completes.  On a centralized exchange there is no fee unless it completes.

Not proclaiming to be a lawyer, but the "law" in this case existed before the ICOs and the statute of limitations is what would hinder action being taken specifically regarding that.  They could take their sweet time building a case if they're within the statue of limitations, and the smart assumption would be that they ARE within those limitations.

According to the following video, there is no statute of limitations:

Assume VERI is not a security, but bad things happen to ETH, and the value of VERI drops significantly.  It might not even be possible to use VERI because ETH is not usable.  I'd like to know if Reggie and the team have a contingency plan for those that own VERI?  Could they jump on another currency such as EOS and issue tokens to VERI holders?  Reggie's talk of patents is exciting, because his company will be able to do things others won't be able to (most importantly, the banks).  I'm sure the patents aren't Ethereum-specific, so they should apply to EOS or any other currency that is capable of contracts.

Thank you Reggie for keeping everyone appraised of what transpired and how it was handled.  My condolences on your loss!  You have structured Veritaseum brilliantly to avoid any potential SEC violations.  But what about Ethereum?  What would happen to Veritaseum if the SEC came down hard on them?
