What I like about Bidium aside from its exchange is their Freelance platform. Freelance platform is very important for both workers and employers. Freelance jobs are in demand nowadays because you can acquire job across the world. Meaning, opportunities for your career growth is not limited only to your country but also in other parts of the world.

I just imagine hiw many graduates are recieving their diplomas and masters degrees every year and yet not all of them are getting job right away and there are even graduates that are jobless for many years simply because they find it difficult to be hired or sad to say that there not enough jobs for all of them. True, I too can see this and probably by other investors as well. The merging of the great technology of the block chain in this industry and the freelancing industry can only lead to great things for both sides. This will benefit a lot of people out there that are in for the technology and innovation. Heck, I even think that the ones who are only in for the profits and are not freelancers or employers will too have a huge amount of profit over this project. All in all, this project clearly gives a good amount of options for various types of people which I believe is the reason why this project will surely be a success and a sleeping giant.

The Alpha release of Bidium's exchange platform is not only responsive, i'll say that the overall feel of the site is quite neat.
A BTC/ETH ticker on top which is not tough on the eyes.
Light background which makes it easier to read stuff.
Simple left pane navigation that would not threaten any user to have a try and is categorized neatly as "My Funds", "Orders", "Deposit/Withdrawal", "Support" and "Securtiy Settings".
And to strongly stress a point, i was happy to see that the left pane menu sports the "Support" section which made me feel how serious Bidium is on their promise to deliver an enhanced support for users (yet, i do hope to see a "live chat" soon for a more responsive support approach).
Overall, the Alpha launch is much better than the other Alphas i tried. Good job Bidium.

When I first opened the site my first expression was the look was very refreshing and clean compared to other exchanges. I like the top panel which scrolls the ETH price, in the future that would make it very easy for traders to check trending cryptos and big changes.
The home, market and wallet button can easily be seen also the sign up and sign in which is highlighted with a yellow mark.
And when you scroll down you can check the market, no need to press market button.
This looks very promising, can't wait for the beta launch. Let's go bidium!!

Impressed by the team members. WP is very long, need time to study it properly.
You may look at their website and some video on youtube so you have bird's eye view of their project. As far as I can grasp is that they offer very minimal amount of fees for trading and some have no fees for biding, hiring. The price of their ICO is very affordable. you may invest ASAP while the token is low once that it go to exchange it will surely rise because they have a good project and reputation because of their team members.
I suggest you to watch videos in youtube to have a more knowledge about the bidium, because if you stick only in reading the whitepaper it will difficult for you to understand what bidium is.
In additonal, bidium is a decentralized auction or bidding marketplace and also offers to a job that wants to be a freelancers.
Yes, you should also read at their social media accounts so you can get updates about the project and if they are able to keep up with their timeline. It's also better that the whitepaper is long and informative rather than short with no information about the project..

They say that you can hire a freelancer without any fee. How will the freelancer get their profit from? The trading between altcoins is good because of the zero transaction fee.
They'll get paid by manager or the one who hired them with cryptos or bidium.
It's like freelancer.com you post a project wherein freelancers get to bid how much they will get paid.. that's where the profit will come from. good part is, zero transaction fees.

Bidium will change all the transaction make easy to access in a medium of time management . It will turn to minimize the time or passses to many procedure to make a transaction involving a big charges.
NOt only it will minimize time but the charges is comparatively low as opposed to existing trading platform. Another advantage of BIDM platform is that they are willing to share 30%-50% of the advertising profit to users of the BIDM platform.

One of the features in the bidium platform is hiring freelance workers but i have a question to ask, how can a company know is a certain freelance worker has a good quality of work?
That's a very good question, as you read the white paper they hired a freelancer employee but first they are making sure that the freelancer that they hired is a good quality,
because they evaluated and follow the rules of bidium to make sure that the freelancer is qualified.
I also think that it's up to the freelancer to post or email his/her portfolio of works done so they can assure quality of work. Just like freelancing sites, that's what they do so they get hired..

Bidium can't achieve the hardcap in just a couple of weeks. Just imagine, the gap of their token sale is just for 5-6 weeks. I don't know what they are thinking but to be honest, bidium has a potential to be failed. The period is too short compared to other project who had more than 11 weeks.
I dont see that they cant achieve the hardcap, Theres a really big big chances that bidium can reach the hard cap we know that bidium has unique features than others.I think they can, in crypto anything is possible. Look how BTC pumped in just a few days last week.. If they can really put up ads and be active in social media also presenting the project for investors it can be possbile.

Cant still get over from trauma of big ICOs, looking realistic and big projects with all proofs of works having professional developers but still in the end turned out to be scams. I dont know what assurance BIDIUM has that they are not one of those. So traumatizing.
What did you joined before? Don't give up dude it's part of our task and besides we don't even risk any money here just time and effort take it as challenge and learning process we are here to gain knowledge, share ideas and thougths.
