Hi,

Has anyone tried settings sold by third parties? (like cryptobotsettings.com)
Are those settings worth the buy or is it a scam?

For the one in the example there are a lot positive reviews on the site, but not anywhere else. I only found 1 bad review on scamadviser.

Have a nice day,
WAN

I do not suggest anyone pay for bot settings. DYOR on the Wiki of Profit Trailer (https://wiki.profittrailer.com/doku.php).

I’ve been running Gunbot with the Zeno add on for the past month. I’m seeing an average of 1% profit with my newbie trading knowledge. Your profits are really dependent on your trading knowledge and the various strategies Gunbot offers. All in all, I like having the bot automate my trading style 24/7. Once I understand the strategies I will allow Gunbot to trade more money. I recommend Zeno since it makes it easier to manage the various strategies and pairs available with the exchange.

Snip
Gunbot uses more advanced systems than a simple Trend feeder (which is obviously yet another lagging indicator). We trade and keep trading in both directions (up and down) to maximize profits during market uptrend or downtrend. Stay tuned on v9 release for more details, also GDAX is coming! Last but not the least, one of our developers is the coder and owner of the autoconfig tool, providing a list of suggested pairs to trade based on market conditions. Definitely a “feeder” looks like yet another copycat feature from those girls to me...
PM me or one of the resellers for more info.

Thanks for replying Gunthar. I know you're super busy so don't wanna bother you. If any reseller is willing to throw me a bone regarding autoconfig would be great, thanks.

Is there an automated tuner for Gunbot similar to PT-Feeder, that changes Gunbot's strategies based on a bear or bull market?

I was considering "testing" Haas bot with their beginner license but seeing how their support is lacking, I will stay away!

How long does it take to receive a Gunbot license once payment is confirmed?
If you purchase from Gunthar or me, it's very quickly. If you purchase from some other website (automated shops), then whenever the seller gets on.

Thanks for the reply. @Br41bug got back to me this morning. Not up and trading. Hopefully for some gains. 😬

Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners

I do not think that I have to wait every time 5 times more time to know each time that the order is the same and only the best hashrate is saved, but indeed I really think it would be useful to have an option like "Test all miners and pick the fastest miner for each algo", right ?

Now, the question remains what do we do when we benchmark today and we have  the values saved and when we benchmark again 2 weeks later the values are different. The values also lead to wrong algos ordering because new hashrates changed the ordering, making some algos more profitable.

It is also useful to have the latest benchmark date saved and schedule periodic benchmarks. I noticed that benchmark hash rates varies for the same RIG when benchmarking again after 1 week.

Any ideea ?

I also would be interested in automated benchmarking every so often to guarantee the best profits.

What u think?

"We did add an extra feature to the SC1 unit that would allow us to invalidate the Bitmain hardware without invalidating the SC1. The community would need to choose to adopt a soft-fork (it's not something we could just magically activate, we have to change the hashing algorithm slightly), and then we could get rid of this cycle of Bitmain hardware. Of course, they could just create another round of hardware (likely taking ~3 months). And, it would hurt Bitmain customers more than it would hurt Bitmain. Bitmain has already sold around $20 million of non-refundable hardware. They have made their profit, and a soft-fork wouldn't change that."

From Sia Dev team
https://www.reddit.com/r/siacoin/comments/7r4spy/dev_team_thoughts_on_the_bitmain_a3/

If the majority of the mining community is using bitmain miners, I highly doubt they'll agree to it.  This is just a jealous dev who's GPU's will be worthless for SC now.

Here's hoping it's only one dev... 🤞

I keep getting the error below running Win10, installed both bfgminer and the drivers. Device manager shows both USB devices with comm ports. I've tried running BDGminer with admin rights and disabled UAC and numerous restarts to no avail.

Failed to sanity check in lowl-vcom.c windows_usb_get_string():508

Disregard. All is well.   Grin

If someone could make decent miners with good customer service they we become very rich.

While Canaan is better than Bitmain they both suck when it comes to dealing with customers.

It says on their Facebook they received more orders than inventory on 8/31. If they are so high tech and can make these badass miners you would think they would be able to create a website that wouldn't allow them to accept more orders than they have stock.

They have to making money hand over fist how hard would it be to hire a few more people to deal with the orders? I have one of their miners and they are great but interacting with them is one of the worst experiences ever. I get better service buying a $1 hamburger at McDonald's. I mean seriously can you think of any other industry that provides shittier service than miner manufacturers?

If they are still in production or whatever hey that is fine but how hard would it be to keep people in the loop?
After their sale took place on 8/31 would it really be that difficult to send a mass email to everyone that purchased with something to the effect of:

Thanks for your order. We received an enormous amount of orders and are working through them as quick as we can.

Order numbers xxxx to xxxx can expect a BTC payment address on xx/xx/xxxx with shipping to occur three days after payment received.

Order numbers yyyy to yyyy can expect a BTC payment address on xx/xx/xxxx with shipping to occur three days after payment received.

Order numbers zzzz to zzzzz can expect a BTC payment address on xx/xx/xxxx with shipping to occur three days after payment received.

Instead it is like a giant mystery with no one knowing what the hell is going on.

I agree with your rant and also wonder why they can't improve customer service.

I guess the majority of us didn'd win the lottery with only 3000 units! Crazy but I'm sure Bitmain is loving the PR.
