wait, are you saying that batch 2 will be refunded before batch 1?
I don't think this is fair, the delay for batch 1 is larger and so we should get the refund before batch 2. Zefir is pushing back orders made later for who still wants the chips and refunds first batches before, so who has more delay can be reimbursed and the buyers of late batches will get chips sooner. I think this is the best way to manage this whole shit.
By the way, thank you bizwoo for you work
It is correct to refund for the batch that has been refunded - fairness doesn't come into it.
Actually each group buy has people that still want chips and other people that just ask for a refund, if is it possible to shift orders and make everyone happy, I don't see why not, see the Zefir's thread. Having bought chips in the first batch should be an advantage and not a fault, as the things are moving, we could get chips with more than 1 month delay and the batch 2, that is still almost in time, could get the refund. I don't see that good
The correct thing to do would be to refund the order that has been refunded (in this case, GB2) and if anyone receives chips that doesn't want them they can sell them.
Despite the two group buys being organised by the same person they *are* two separate transactions and neither should impact on the other.

If this GB chips ship, I suggest you start making plans to not take delivery and have them sent back to Yifu so we can get our refund as requested some time ago.
If the chips do arrive to bizwoo, then there is no reason for refund...
Except that now we have voted for a refund as that's what people want...and some of the builders of the boards have pulled out. As much as I'd love a pile of chips that I literally can't do anything with, we should continue to push for a refund.
5. Low group buy fees of just bellow 3% to cover the responsibility of organising it. This fee will be released by JohnK once the group buy has completed i.e. all chips delivered to final destination. I will buy my chips from my own pocket.
i do not want to sound unappreciative of your hard work in organising this gb , but since you haven't delivered the chips to its final destination for whatever reasons in a timely manner you shouldn't receive the 3% fee according to section 5 of your first post.
i propose full refunds to everyone in the exact amount paid by members of this group buy and setup a separate btc address provided by bizwoo & nekonos for any voluntary donations members of this gb feel is appropriate for your work in organising this gb
thank you for your attention
Assuming that escrow fees aren't refunded to Bizwoo then I'm happy for them not to come to us. Bizwoo has also spent a huge amount of personal time organising all this and personally I don't mind losing a small percentage of my BTC to help cover all this time used. At the very least, Bizwoo should not be out of pocket. Perhaps there is some argument for the fee to be partially refunded though (assuming it doesn't leave Bizwoo out of pocket, as above).
I will probably going down the route of a refund, since Yifu (Avalon) has essentially suggested he is going to work on doing that for those who want it. Yifu has broken his agreement (via the deadline) for many if not all of the groupbuys now, so he doesn't have much right grumble at us. I just feel bad for all those who will end up taking a big loss like the assemblers (if a mass refund happens), who bought things in advance and now will have less use for them.
If I get a full refund (or near enough), I do not mind setting aside a small percentage of my refund for Nekonos (My appointed assembler). I'd prefer to end up with a product, but at this point, as already pointed out in various threads in is going to have to be the next gen chips to be worthwhile.
I'm not greedy, but if the TOS says you promise something, you have to stick to it. But I don't want an innocent third party screw by it either. If you feel the same, I'm sure Nekonos won't mind a few donations goes his way, I'm sure the same would to other assemblers that you had chosen.
I tend to agree with this. Probably should be optional but I'd throw a small percentage Nekronos' way.
SR was recently shut down temporarily because of too much attention. we know about it, keep it t yourself or tell people you trust i just dont think anything should pop up about SR on google, there are plenty of other legal sites that participate in BTC, BTC its getting plenty of exposure, illegal marketplaces dont need exposure. SR and the like are awesome i wouldnt want to do anything that would risk comprimising them.
I think the horse has already bolted on this one tbh...

Less than 24 hours for a transaction to process isn't really that bad compared to normal bank payment processing times. In fact, I'd go as far to say that it is quicker than most.
I just wish I had made an account when I spent 3 hours reading forum posts last night...
Lol. I was about to post the exact same thing

Hi there,
If possible please can I be allowed to post in the 'wide world' of the rest of the forum?
I'm having a bit of an issue with a deposit on britcoin.co.uk (5 days without a deposit to my britcoin account showing) and the forum thread on here seems to be the best means of contacting the site admins.
