In Florida the criminal statute of limitations for robbery theft is 7 years.  For civil suit it’s 5 years.  This is a huge case.  It would take a year to put together.  And it’s been 5 years.

Marshall Long - Federal agent and inside man on the cryptsy hack. 

Cryptsy was the biggest crypto to crypto exchange.  I used to get hacked a lot, not just exchanges but bank account, PayPal, you name.  Everything.  So I’d be worried about my coins - I had over 200 btc worth.  So I’d call in and Horus who everybody know got promoted to tech or some higher position, he was really happy about it.

So I’d call him to look my account over any signs of hack attempts, talk to him a bit, and I always gave him a nice tip cause I had a lot of coins and he went out his way to do this stuff for me and he was a really nice guy.

Then one day they got hacked, I tried to move my coins but “coincidentally” almost every chain were frozen.  Like I withdrew 150k huntercoin and if left cryptsy but I never got it.  The rest of the coins you couldn’t even get to withdraw. 

So I called Horus and he sounded stressed and anxious and I said man I can’t take my coins out.  Can you help me.  He said no man, “everything is effed here, it’s crazy.  Nobody can withdraw.  We have 1 cold storage room and only big Vern has the key, he always has it with him, there’s no way to get in that room.  Everything was fine until 3 weeks ago when this Marshall Long got hired and after that everything went to shit.”

So I’d that pure coincidence?  I knew Marshall talked to him on the phone.  The guy was like 23 and he knew every single and biggest players in crypto.  How do you accomplish that in like a year unless you’re plugged with the rest of the feds and bankers and those working with them?  There’s no Other way. 

So Marshall who is smart and competent was the inside fed, he worked over Vern, they had something on him or they paid him off but either way they got control to all the cold storage. 

They kept the coins they had plans for like ETH, LTC, IXC, and the rest got recovered and got sent to a secret private 2 man auction, Federal Agent Microguy and one other douche, probably an agent too.

So let me ask, these were our coins, if you can’t figure out who they belong to you at least hold a big public auction and get a couple million not $31k and you distribute those funds along with the settlement money.  Doesn’t that sound like the equitable way of doing things instead of backdooring all of us and Microguy gave the coins to even jr members?
