It's nice to see some activity here. We're still supporting this coin and have implemented the Pulse block creation feature.
I will try to get in touch with the OP user, to get him to change the poll, so we can see if we should limit the total amount of the coins, now mining is much slower.
As the Cryptocoin Revival Foundation, we believe giving continuing support to the coin will instill the most important feature of the coin: Trust.
Where would you guys like to see this coin going?

It seems the interest is really low, since participation of the community is only two people. Now is the time to let yourself be heard. If not, I will close down this project.

Coin downfall?
Without a market it is really hard to judge the value of a coin. I would say it is likely at half a Satoshi right now as people where not even buying up this coin anymore on C-Cex.
Final Revival Effort
I would still like to see it succeed, so I would like to make a big pot of the coins and use this to have a gigantic lottery where we redistribute a large part of the coins to new users. I talked with Frycoin and he will give me access to the Twitter account to run a Giveaway.
Currently there are over 61M created coins and with Pulse the creation has slowed down a lot. I think it would make sense to try to gather around 5M coins and redistribute these over a large group of users. These will try to get the coin on new markets again, helping the coin to get back up on its feet.
As a longtime miner, I have mined around 5M coins myself and I am willing to donate a large chunk of this --> 2.5 Million Fry
If we are able to reach 5M coins as a community, I am willing to spearhead this campaign and will try to revive it by getting more people involved.

I got bored and pointed some gridseed minis on the wallet, doubling the net hashrate - guess i am the law now! xD

Not nice at all. If a single "bored" person can double the hashrate it means the security of this coins is down the drain.
A lot of coins suffer the problem of low hash rates. We're implementing Pulse soon, to link the block creation to the number of transactions. This will make the coins more valuable, because the creation will slow down if no transactions are sent.

Everybody seems to be supporting the idea of Frycoin to be an experimental coin. I hope this will mean innovation and prosperity. People should also be aware that this can be combined with hard fork, loss of coins and the coin going down. I feel it is worth to take the risk.

ANNOUNCEMENT
To make the updating of coding smoother, we will switch the original githb from https://github.com/Frycoins/Frycoin to https://github.com/f0o/Frycoin. This will make it easier for the Revival Foundation to manage the code.
For now, we will still use the original one, but at the next update we will switch to f0o's one.

I just all of a sudden received all my coins from Bitember, all the transactions popped up all of a sudden
Strange. They must be on the right chain then. I would think there is something wrong on their end.
