LOL good stuff hey im glad you said something about hashpoints how do you use them? I see no option in my dashboard do i need to have so many to use them or do i need a certain hashlet to use them

Technically you should be able to apply them towards a new hashlet purchase, if you make that purchase in ZenCloud - there is a checkbox for that in the checkout process. But I've seen someone complain that hashpoints don't get applied even when that checkbox is checked. Not sure if this had been fixed yet, so be careful.

Yeah, I had about 21k+ hashpoints that weren't deducted when I purchased some Zen Hashlets. Definitely had the box checked too. Submitted a ticket pretty quickly about it, but still waiting for a response.

its a company that its customer support really sucks i had a ticket openned since July and still they try to find
the details mostly trying to make me get bored and stop dealing with it

I've bought 15 mhs of Zen. Makes a decent return but I got pissed off because every time, without exception, the withdrawal of BTC does not work until multiple attempts are made. I asked for my money back and they told me to fuck off. Well I am still within the window of my credit card purchase and can tell them to fuck off and there is not a damn thing that they can do. It was only $350 CDN so I may just ride it out to get my ROI as I do get my BTC eventually.

So I spoke with them today and they are sending me a free war machine to make up for sending me 4 of the wrong ones. I will let you guys know if they ship it out or not. I am happy with that deal,  since the units they did send only use 900 watts of power compaired to the 1800watts the war machine uses. They where very nice to talk to on the phone and answerd every time I called too.

Maybe it was not clear from my first post. I lost my invested BTC, so I warn everybody before buying hashlets again.

I sent some btc to my fund on ZenCloud. It was OK. I bought some hashlets after that. It appeared OK to. I received email about activation hashlets. But after refreshing page every purchased hashlets are lost. Where I did fault?

delete cache files, tried that yet? And bout the coinex.. I bet i lost more money than You! Cant change my avatar for Some reason..

I lost almost 100 Dogecoins still feel the pain.

Have you contacted GAW? Can you log in to your account? This must be solved

If you contacts GAW's support and talk to them, open a ticket your case will be resolved in no time. They just need to know that there is something odd going on. If you just keep complaining about is nothing will change.

I created issue ticket on Tue, 16 Sep. I was asked by GAW on 19 Sep (!) if my issues is still unresolved. I confirmed that and then the ticket is "Being Processed" again.

Hi guys, I'm interested to buy cloud mining power with BTC. From my digging so far, i came to know that bitcoin mining is not profitable unless you buy hundreds of GHs because of high difficulty and high competition in the pool. I'm never interested in setting up mining devices in my home and working on it.

So I decided to buy cloud mining power where I can get profit. But don't know which site to Invest. So far, I digged about genesis-mining.com and found it as profitable based on their calculator which is present in their FAQ section, but not yet invested anything. The reason I prefer this website is that they mine multiple coins and convert it into bitcoins, so that mining of bitcoin can be replaced with other coins.

Is this site good..? does anyone invested and getting payouts from them? If you know any other sites, please tell about them. there's a lot of cloud mining services available making it difficult to narrow them down.

9 days ago, I tried to purchase a single megahash hashlet from them.

I entered my credit card information and hit continue.  I then got an email from my credit card company saying that the order had gone through as shown here  

I sent them a ticket within ten minutes and it took six days for them to give any kind of reply, which said that "it did not go through"

This runs contrary to an email from my CC company and my CC statement, saying that it went through. I contacted them again and called support many, many times, and never was I able to accomplish anything.

I just want to get some closure on this since the price of the Hashlet is now 250% higher for the same thing and I'm out the money that I gave them.

At least I made a small initial purchase before the planned larger one....

I do not plan on dealing with them in the future, and suggest that you do the same.

Just checked my account about the last 24 hour payout. The history showed the payout has been paid to my account but my balance is now negative BTC... They never credit the payout to my account and it's lost. Has this happened to anyone before?

The customer support for GAW is so horrendous it is laughable.

If you were to call GAWMiners right now at 866.554.5861, you will experience the following, regardless of which number you press afterwards.

1. We're sorry, all our agents are busy assisting other customers. *hold music*

This is repeated again and after some more hold music....

2. All agents are unavailable now. Please leave a message.

This has happened many, many times without fail, all lasting for the EXACT SAME amount of time, meaning that there are no agents busy assisting other customers.

If one wishes to contact GAW Corp, they need only dial the number 888.978.4143 available on gaw.com.
The message says that "you have called outside our normal window of 8-5 EST, which I called during. It then gives you the option to select what you need. I pressed 2 for support, upon which the line promptly disconnected. No option to leave a message. Nothing.

 I've given them the benefit of the doubt so many times. It's been ten days. 

Their service is abysmal.

I was thinking about purchasing a couple hundred mh from these guys but I couldn't find any reliable stats on zenpool and the price just seems too good to be true.  The 400 mh titan miners are selling for like ~7k but they advertise a 500mh hashlet for ~8k which doesn't make any sense to me. I have tried to call their toll free number several times and haven't received a call back. I was planning on spending a fairly large amount of money but they can't seem to find the time to call me back? Maybe it was because I expressed my concerns regarding the too good to be true pricing, lack of support, and lack of zenpool stats. sketch level 9000+

i ordered a few hashlets just now from GAW (it's 8:40pm, and they are closed)...i did something funky on my order, GAW customer service still managed to take care of me.  finally a company that cares and understand the importance of time.  Thanks GAW

I have piled away a few hashlets just in case these take off in price like the PRIMES. 

I picked up a few too yesterday. But they havent responded to my ticket yet. I tried paying from cex to gaw and they use gocoin. In the transaction I was missing 0.0001 but the problem is that with cex I can only pay 0.01 so to save the other 0.08 I paid that I dont know where the rest of my btc is I emailed both gaw and gocoin. Hopefully the matter will be resolved soon.

I won't be doing business with Gawminers anymore either. Took a month to ship a Blackwidow. They lied about it. Created fictitious Fedex tracking numbers. Also stated that Fedex takes 48 hours to update their tracking results. Total BS and that was by yours truly, Amber. It wasn't until I called and spoke to a different person I got the truth. They didn't have it and were expecting the skid the next week. When the miner arrived it didn't have the zencontroller that it was supposed to. I emailed Amber a couple more times with no response. I finally threatened a charge back and I magically get an email saying a zencontroller is getting overnighted to me. Buyer beware.

I am extremely sorry for the delay in your shipment. I have sent you a private message so that I can get your contact information. I respect your decision, however, I would like to set things right before we part ways.
