Hello guys  Wink we are doing a rebranding exercise for our project - a decentralized solution for authentication and identity management - could you please spend 2-min to help us?

Here the link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeYOJ2mfnaYxNWs6PvHAKrzrCKTgl0_qHUuDs6S0pi91zHXgA/viewform

Appreciated!

Probably the app double check the address, and only allows pairing with myetherwallet.com

Hi guys

what do you think about MEW Connect from a security point of view?

is it comparable to an hardware wallet as they claim?

will you use it?

Thanks Bob,

what do you mean for deposit address?

my personal bitfinex deposit address works quite diffently...

this one doesn't look like a "normal customer" deposit address

Thank you all guys for the help.

Mocacinno, do you think it's used directly by the bitfinex owner.. or  it is a normal user account on bitfinex?

it looks like an internal mixer used by the bitfinex owner  Undecided

There are coinmixers like bitcloak which allows a user to pay anonymously using it.

You tell the mixer the destination address and you deposit your coin in their address. Take a look.

https://bitcloak43blmhmn.com/pay/9sk2d2ddaaS#pay

BitCloak is giving me a virgin bitcoin address to send payment.

the other one is giving me an address with thousands transactions ( not even asking an exact amount )...
i really don't understand how it recognizes my payment

so weird

Are you sure it is bitfinex?

I think that's weird because some destination addresses are segwit and some are legacy.
It looks like a legacy address running some kind of script to redirect transfers.

Maybe it is a coinmix?

Thanks mate,

i didn't get it was a mixer, you're probably right

so this is the address used by the mixer and not a personal address, correct?

A guy is asking me to send a payment directly on this address,
how the mixer associate the transaction to his destination address?

i also noticed this address in ANY outgoing transaction

Hi guys, do you have any idea of what kind of address is this?

https://blockchain.info/address/1LV8YwGzxi1bHjMVhvG5Z8gCNsCqyVs3L1

all the incoming transactions are automatically transferred to another address ( that should be the bitfinex hot wallet )

is it a wallet address, an exchange address or what?  Huh

I dont even see the reason why they do create and hoping about recovering up funds or making a solution to those people who lose up funds with the exchange.Tracing it up would really takes time and it do really needs extreme effort and investigation by authorities to trace up for those people who are responsible for this.
Its always been advised for countless times about storing up big amounts on exchangers shouldnt be done because there would always be a risk.

How much did they pay you?

Glad I found this thread. I occasionally use Liqui for selling some small amount of tokens. I don't fully use the exchange because it has exorbitant withdraw fees! Anyway, OP, you should move this thread into the scam or reputation section so that more eyes will see it.

True!

Also this topic will help other people to stay away from Liqui.

We need to spread the word!! Liqui is SCAMMING people..  stay away and withdraw all the funds if you can.

If they loose clients i'm sure they will start refunding us

Since theres not much info about this GPU, lets post various coin/algorithm hashrates here:

ETH: 15.5 MH/s with Claymore 9.7, ETH only
ZEC: 110 H/s with claymore 12.5 Zcash miner
MONERO: 459 h/s claymore cryptonote miner 9.7 beta
ETH/DCR dual mining with Claymore 9.7: 15MH/s ETH, 298MH/s DCR
ETH/SIA dual mining with Claymore 9.7: 14.9MH/s ETH, 198Mh/s SIA

how many watt at wall?
thanks

i'm using version 5.5.5, and i'm trying to use ethash-genoil kernel
but miner won't start accepting shares

here is a screenshot:

https://ibb.co/bvPS9k

the reported hashrate is also strange.. i'm running 8 rx480

what can i do?  Huh thanks guys

Code:
@echo off
echo "starting up sgminer"

@setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
@setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
@setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
@setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

Call :start

pause
GOTO ENDE

:start

@set GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT = 100

DEL /F *.bin
sgminer.exe -c sgminer-eth.conf
EXIT /B 0

:ENDE

Is it normal to have only 16% gpu usage on HwInfo ?  Huh

i'm getting about 230 Mh/s @ 1000watt ( 4 rx480 + 4 rx 580 )

That's awesome. How is this possible?
My 2x R290 needs 550W for 50Mh/s

-cvddc 850
-mvddc 850

they're magic with rx480/580.. not sure with R290 but if they crashes try increasing to 880/900
also the temperature decreases about 30%  Wink

That's pretty good. Ethash is a memory hard algorithm, so the memory utilization is what's important. You can check the memory controller load in GPU-Z. It should be at 100%.
