I've been told a "short time" for the last 3 weeks. I'm just frustrated over the timeframe of this and it's far exceeded any sort of issue I've had in the past. I was originally told 24-48 hours, and last week was told it would be completed "very soon" but it's been 22 days. Please understand that 22 days and 15 separate conversations with live support that have amounted in no resolution is the source of my frustration.

Has been 20 days since the New Years promo and I still haven't been able to play my free spins. I was originally told the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours but have had to speak to support 14 times, each time they told me the same thing, "it will be fixed soon." A week ago it got changed to, "it will be fixed very soon" but still hasn't been fixed or addressed. I get that you guys are more tuned towards high rollers but this is just frustrating. Live support has been unable to answer for the last 20 minutes today as well

It's not 100% correct that we have replaced the 25% reload bonus with only races.
We now have weekly campaigns which range from free spins offer, leaderboards, deposit campaigns
and cashback on losses. We are constantly working to please all customer needs.

You say this but I just checked and confirmed with live support, for the last 90 days(roughly when the 25% reloads were removed) I've received 3% in bonuses on total deposits of 0.26 btc....

I believe what I've said before is correct though - and what our live support said is correct as well.
That is because liked mentioned on the above message, we have different variations for our promotions - not only deposit bonuses.

Hi Karl, the 3%bonuses is my total bonus money recieved including deposit bonuses,cashbacks, and all promotion incentives.

The unfinished business youve linked to relates to an issue with a signature campaign, which was resolved from our end.
Recently we've made an effort to answer unfinished business on the forum, from our old thread to some unanswered scam accusations.
Just in case it's not clear why we created a new thread, one of the reasons was due to continuous harassment by one user (and we all know who that is).
We have not been sold or bought but we have grown!
Our marketing team have cooked up a treat for Christmas so stick around, we think youll like whats coming

Honestly I don't know what happened with the change in hands, but this site has gone down hill.
It has a great range of slot providers with instant payouts, but it's got to be the last casino on the planet that doesn't offer deposit bonuses.
They recently took away the re-load bonuses and replaced them with "races" with payouts that just aren't at a level that entices you to play here without a bonus.
They never give free spins unless there is a major problem. When I say never, I mean never.
Even friends that are under their "VIP" status don't seem to get free spins anymore.
a few months back I made quite a number of deposits and withdrawals, mostly all with their now defunct 25% bonus, had to have wagered well above 20k euro for the month. I was rewarded with ten 0.25 spins. (2.50).
To top things off, their support is usually a waste of time if you have a problem (not always), it seems like most of them have no idea what type of field that are working in and are simply a body to respond/transfer.

Stop taking away bonuses and cater to those who continuously deposit and keep you in business. There are many other options for us players out there and we are going to take our business to those that treat us like customers.
