What file reporting ? Gulden dev why you been so angry lately?

Hey good news for you, you can still fund: shares.gulden.com

What have you delivered since the funding ?

Did you fund?

Oh you already told me you didn't, so no info for you. Are you on slack, you might hear something there.

Why must I come talk to a bunch of bots. Bitcointalk is the largest platform for crypto.

Don't mind it. A one man opinion overshadows a lot. I actually *did* fund, though only 4 shares, and they took that money too  Cheesy

You refunded them more then double their bitcoin back?
230-240 %?  Why they complaining if I gave you 1 btc and you give me 2.3 btc back ?

I don't know. And I didn't gave them +200% back; them, I gave back 100% by ratio for the amount what had been compromised.
The other part, was a refund of the project itself (not towards its participants), as it was my "pet project"; I left the community, not my work, for which I had opted quite a few months before it finally went live. And I guess some people were happy with it, at least to some degree, as at one point nearly half the Slack userbase was in.
I revamped it, left and handed it over in good order, and that was it for me. How the project is doing now, I don't know and I don't care, as that's up to the one(s) in control now.

Seriously?

If some of the community feels the desire or urge to file a report, kindly, then be my guest.
And no, I have no intention of removing my post. It's Gulden related, and if not specified on the why by the sender otherwise than his personal desire, I see no valid reason why to remove or revise it.

The Gulden community must listen to more experienced users , when someone is anonymous 99.9% chance it's a scam, at least the devs had enough intellect not to be involved as per MaNIs post below mine.

Appreciate all the info, reading the links posted here you have gained a lot of trust within the community but to me there is a lot of risk. What happens if you have a bad month (financially), one of your family members gets seriously ill and you need money, the btc will be the easiest place to get emergency funds, or you end up dying unexpectedly who would run the mining operations and payouts.
This operation needs to grow and can't be one person handling everything, it's not about being scammed , it's about life and anything can occur.

Beef this operation up, have some accountability and I am all in.

Aye, your comment is very true. To add some more comforting info in adition:
I currently live on social welfare, ties with family are broken except with some nephews and cousins in distant foreign countries, and I smoke and drink too much... And to topple it a bit further, I actually have appropriated goods once in my life, from which I got convicted and big enough the crime itself to face sentence.
I'm not fond or proud of any of that, nor my history; and it would probably be much more wiser in not mentioning such things, but I won't make it a secret either...

Having said such, the private keys are already shared and in safe possession of another trusted community member.
Regarding the mining operations, those are tied with my personal details, on which I have my own wishes. So I'm still puzzling on how to merge this aspect as well  Wink

So? You weren't in, nor in any of the details, were you?

Yes, the project got compromised on my part. And I didn't hit and run, I faced the community as per my own request, as I was the one responsible over the compromise. Instead of a proper conversation on how to solve and possibilities to explore, accusations were made pretty fast (which given the circumstances, I could understand) and threads made both to the person and my children (which, obviously, I have no understanding for). All together, it made me decide to leave.
I left an amount of BTC's by ratio equal to what had been compromised for those affected, on a public address (<== verifiable) with the private key in possession to those affected, out of my own personal bag.
The logins and work method were handed over, in private, as well (not to the ones flaming and threatening, obviously). Before I did that, I had refunded the project with a rough ~150% (<== verifiable) of what had been compromised; again, out of my own personal bag. The sub-project I was working on to counter the upcoming halving, I did finished that one and sent it along shortly afterwards.

So all together, everything affected was compensated/refunded with ~230-240% out of my own personal bag (verifiable). How's that for a 99.9% scam chance...

Oh, and btw, before the compromise, I wasn't anonymous anymore...

I am surprised still getting reactions/follow-ups regarding Project Hybrid/Guldenshares. So, summary:

End June, project compromised.
July 3, project refunded with personal balance.
July 4, every shareholder compensated for the compromised amount by ratio (associated with 1FfHX8VoVUAsQsuADyeHo8MqUfuVxTBpTn ).
July 4, announced my departure from the Gulden community.
July 4, transfered the logins and work method (associated with 1CafDNRgkDsF16zgo4zucNZ7E9r4eiHFV2 ).
July 6, transferred the details, address and private key for subproject to counter upcoming halving (associated with 1Bjija19MyUEvPFEhtnZLvVgTuQ8XnCmU7 ).

So kindly, to those applicable, turn your questions/comments/whatever to the one(s) now responsible for the project, as I am no more, nor any part of this community and nor wish to (and hence, neither wish to answer your questions/comments/whatever anymore)

Ok I have to come clean... I have a bet with waterloodown for 2000 gulden that no one from our bct topic will actually fund, so don't even think about funding now because I want that 2k.

Ah... Okay, let's do some fun!

I claim it to, that you owe Waterloo the 2k.
Reason: You stated your bet, with easy exploits  Cheesy

Like Waterloo already noted very easily:
Actually Rijk, technically speaking I started off with Gulden on bitcointalk so my 12 share contribution should count.

Who is the owner of that silly bot which holds the price constant at about €0,0018/NLG. Are you stupid or do you want simply disturb Gulden! Is it hate or just jealousy?
Is it Danslip, DGBforever, Trackcoins or another person without compassion for hardworking Gulden owners who spend their time and money in this nice and good working project.
Please be so kind stop manipulating the market. We know already that you have deep pockets and that you are the greatest.  Undecided
When you are a man make yourself known to the community and help us with all that money you have. You can put all the BTC's you have collected in our fundingproject https://shares.gulden.com/
But probably you don't dare.  Grin

Well isn't it more probable that multi pools use Eur USD as their point of reference to making profits.

Maybe project hybrid also contributes to this I don't know the exact workings of the project maybe George can elaborate on this.

The other thing is the people who normally buy their NLG at bittrex and thus creating buy support well most of them bought dev shares.

No, project Hybrid doesn't contribute to such. It is buying Guldens from the market, not selling them  Wink

3e betalingronde is uitbetaald @ 1050 NLG per share.
Totaal uitbetaald deze ronde: 276.150 NLG (263 shares).

Met een gestegen difficulty van iets onder de 20% sinds de laatste uitbetaling, hebben we deze ronde een leuke prestatie neergezet. Yeah  Smiley

Re: How to buy DAO tokens the easy way using Bittrex

what is the benefit from buying dao tokens with eth???

If you want to buy during the pre-sale, ETH is the only way to get some. That'll change once the pre-sale closes and The DAO is listed.

ok from what i understand it's an ether investment that's right ?

It is during the pre-sale. In a sense, it always is because the successful Contractors will receive ethers to fund their approved proposals and will be obliged to pay out ethers once they make money.

please give me simple answer i can't understand good because my 1st lang not English

Yes, it's an ether investment.

Currently, you can only buy DOA's with ether.
After the 28st of May, when DOA's get listed on exchanges, you can also trade DOA's for other currencies.

There is a lot of talk about adoption, yet what I miss, is any talk regarding technological development...

"The last block update occurred 35 minutes ago". <-- this is just from a random transaction I did today, and still pending whilst writing this.
Quite likely, no merchant or customer is fond of waiting for more than half an hour, when buying let's say for instance a pack of bubble gum of whatever other goods with their AUR's...

If adoption is being targeted before resolving and countering technological issues as above, I highly doubt any true success potential irl...

Bloomberg Article here: Blockchain Company Wants to Reinvent Companies :

CNBC: Automated company raises equivalent of $120M in digital currency

Reuters UK: Virtual company may raise $200 million, largest in crowdfunding

Dammmmmmnnn.

Well I hope doesn't turn out to be scammy, cause it'll look bad on crypto and ETH as a whole.

Indeed. This whole DAO thing could prove a nice mileage towards how crypto is being looked upon in general...  Smiley

As i said i just wanted to share my experience, so if you have respect for yourself and you find yourself capable to be a part of the society, you also have to respect my sayings.

Valid argument.

What works and what not, is everyone's own decision. Though sharing results on what is being debated and subject to this threat, is a bit off topic and contradictory towards the intention of this thread. So if you would like to share results, then other threads are more appropriate to do such  Wink

How is Gulden being received by the general population in the Netherlands?

0.00002% of the Netherlands know about Gulden as a digital currency. Growth will come with time as more people are made aware of Gulden but there is users that post here from all over Europe and US.

Where did you derived that number from if I might ask?

Anyways, in my experience, Gulden is received with a smile. Mostly such conversations are started with Bitcoin, since that's an entity most have heard of; but when I tell them that there is so much more, I tell them of Gulden as well. Guldens were our nations currency before the euro, so when I tell people about it how it still exist, I always see a little sparkling. But that's probably due to my generation and the generation I am conversing with on such occasions Cheesy   At least from some I know whom I have spoken to have been purchasing Guldens, and a few have even started mining them...  Smiley

Ah, okay. Got an 404 error earlier this day when trying to access http://aurpool.com:8080/, whilst just plain http://aurpool.com/ seemed to work, hence I quoted that one.

If some of the algo's are showing irregularities, perhaps update the initial post temporary with the advice as LTEX stated; I think it's not a good commercial if miners were to direct their hardware, and would found out AUR showing irregular behavior to the algo's they were aiming at...  Wink

As far as I'm concerned, Miningsweden.se can be moved to the scam/ponzi list, due to pre-selling Antminer S9 units which are not officially confirmed nor announced by Bitmain in any way.

Sources:
Miningsweden: https://www.miningsweden.se/product/mining-sweden-s9-2000gh-shares-ms9-pre-sales/
bct: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1472058.0
Bitmain forum: https://enforum.bitmain.com/bbs/topics/3433?page=1

Bitmain denied that it will start sales of Antminer S9, but if MiningSweden is their key count can have better informations. I don't think that information about pre sales can be reason to call them scammers.

Maybe scammers is a harsh word, but I do not know how else to describe it properly. "We have now information about that the new S9 miner soon will come out on the market so now you can preorder your mining shares with the new S9 Miners", is what is stated on their page. That's pretty vague. Under such arguments, one could also be pre-selling quantum computers (the S9's), because there are already regular computers on the market (the S7's)...

Fact is, is that S9's are not there yet, let alone any (rough) specifications. S9's are thus date still a rumor, nothing more. Though Miningsweden is selling such units, be them as preorders though, at the same price/speed as S7's, without them having any knowledge on those (rough) specifications.
So basically, until Bitmain itself is a) announcing them, and b) enclose their (aimed) specifications, and c) selling them, and d) actually shipping them, Miningsweden is simply (pre)selling air or vaporware...  Wink
